Been going there for 7 years. Called one day last week my dog had something caught in her throat. I was told they closed in 45min to go to emergency vet. That one statement told me they don't care about my dog. Even went up and talked to staff about it. You would think the Vet would have called.....but nothing. There have been issues before this. But I let it go. Not this time. Find a vet who truly cares about your pet. You and they deserve it. And this vet is NOT the one

Very unprofessional and rude when handling question or concerns. Office is extremely disorganized when handling information. Manger was disrespectful when I had a concern and talked over me. Not the right vet for us. We've found a much better fit for our furry family members.

Dr. Routson, Christy, and Mary took such excellent care of our babygirl Zaria’s operation! It’s a loving, kind, caring environment. They even painted her toenails in sparkly nail polish just because they had extra time. 💜 Feeling thankful and blessed. We will not take our pets anywhere else.

I've never been to a better vet clinic. Honestly. It's not fancy or new, but the people are what matter most. The "doc" is on point. He saved my dogs life ( he had heart worm) with care, and at a Very reasonable price. Prices seem pretty good here compared to other places.

I like this clinic because the vet is thoughtful and knowledgeable. He uses non-med treatments when they are the best course. They take photos of conditions and issues to compare them at subsequent visits. They treat our pets with respect and as valuable members of our family

I first went to this vet with my first shih-tzu . Did not like his bed side manner and just lack of compassion. The dog had to be put down. I got another shih tzu and thought I would give him ano...
I first went to this vet with my first shih-tzu . Did not like his bed side manner and just lack of compassion. The dog had to be put down. I got another shih tzu and thought I would give him another chance and try to ignore his personality. Long story short people he and his tech are discussing animals and just being rude about their owners within ear shot of other patients. I thought this was very un businesses like but tried to ignore it until they did it to me. My dog takes seizure medicine and thyroid and I asked for the meds to be sent to a pharmacy months ago. He didn't want to do the paper work. My dog had all the blood work and tests for the year so she could get her medicines. Since I told him I would never be back because of their actions he is refusing to send the scripts to the pharmacy. I would not recommend this clinic to care for any domesticated animals.

I would never take Piper anywhere else. The staff and the vet are just amazing; not quick to push meds, friendly, understanding, and not interested in letting your pet be sick or uncomfortable for another second. Courteous service always and the fees are unbeatable.

I take my westie to this vet and I am always so impressed. The staff are sweet, knowledgable, professional and polite. The vet is extraordinary; extremely knowledgable, and not willy nilly about making a diagnosis or handing over a prescription; he truly considers every non-med option and wants what is best for your dog; even if that doesn't mean a prescription. All staff are excellent with my dog and very helpful for me. I would highly recommend the Dundee Veterinary Clinic- TOP notch people.

Been going there for 7 years. Called one day last week my dog had something caught in her throat. I was told they closed in 45min to go to emergency vet. That one statement told me they don't care about my dog. Even went up and talked to staff about it. You would think the Vet would have called.....but nothing. There have been issues before this. But I let it go. Not this time. Find a vet who truly cares about your pet. You and they deserve it. And this vet is NOT the one

I take my westie to this vet and I am always so impressed. The staff are sweet, knowledgable, professional and polite. The vet is extraordinary; extremely knowledgable, and not willy nilly about making a diagnosis or handing over a prescription; he truly considers every non-med option and wants what is best for your dog; even if that doesn't mean a prescription. All staff are excellent with my dog and very helpful for me. I would highly recommend the Dundee Veterinary Clinic- TOP notch people.
