I adopted my first dog off my own lsat year and have exclusively taken her to the Eastside Animal Hospital to be checked up. They have been nothing but incredible for my furry best friend!! I work in the healthcare field (for humans) and Dr. Seager does a great job communicating with me. I often have a lot of questions and she always takes the time to answer them. My dog recently had to have soft tissue surgery to remove a suspicious lump and I was very impressed with the care she received at Eastside. The entire staff is wonderful and always do a great job. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the area with a pet who needs care! Read Less

Friendly service and I found them to be very helpful and informative. Got me in to see the vet last minute without a problem. Well run and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.

Eastside Animal Hospital has done an amazing job caring for my two dogs. When my young puppy stopped eating for 2 days, I was in full panic mode. The staff and Doctor did an amazing job keeping me calm and answering every question that I had. They are extremely professional and clearly care deeply for the animals well-being. In addition, they are reasonably priced. Despite what other recommendation have suggested, I have never felt like their only goal was to make more money off their clients. They are thorough with their exams and aim to give your pet the highest quality care. I highly recommend this clinic and staff. Read Less

The staff here is wonderful. They seem to really know there stuff and I never felt pressure to do more than i can afford. They gave explanation of why they wanted to do tests and gave me alternatives as well. I like the upfront honest that they approach their clients with and my pets have never had a bad visit there. In fact the vet diagnosed my pup with hip dysplasia and referred me to one of the best surgeons in the state. Thank you Dr. Seager and your staff for all the help over the years. Read Less

NEVER go here if you have a nervous dog. Like many dogs, mine is nervous at the vet and almost always needs to be muzzled, which I tell them up front. I took my dog here once because they were open on Saturday and my dog had an injury. I should have just waited until her normal vet was open again on Monday. The doctor spent most of the visit trying to shame me and make me feel bad for having a dog that was nervous and difficult to examine. Other vets I have gone to know much better how to deal with anxious dogs, have gotten much better results in their exams with my dog because of how they approach the situation, and would NEVER think of blaming me for her nervousness. Perhaps she is a great doctor with calm dogs, but for a vet with her training who has had a practice for many years, I was surprised that she didn't have better training in how to deal with a dog that gets nervous when handled. I've stopped using this place. I went 3 or 4 times before and genuinely want to think the best of everyone. However, I honestly felt like they were making things up and doing extra unnecessary procedures just to get the bill higher. I pushed it out of my mind that they would do that until the 4th time. I realized my gut was right and stopped going. What's funny about it is I'm a loyal customer....if they had stopped trying to get each bill higher, I would have stayed with them for life. Read Less

We have guinea pigs and have brought a few into Dr. Seager. The care provided by her and her staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, and the care is affordable. :)

I should tell you up front that I have never actually been here. My wife and I adopted a very sweet beagle from a shelter a 7 months. In that time our dog has been to the vet nearly 20 times. The part that makes me mad is there is nothing wrong with our dog save some 2 ear infections at the very start. My wife has been the one to take the dog in and I really feel like she's been taken advantage of. I do not doubt that the vet and staff want what's best for the dog. However, nearly 20 visits in 6 months is just insane. The final straw was being told we just paid $180 to have her teeth cleaned and nails trimmed. This maybe the best Vet in the world but I think they took advantage of my wife and her concern for our dog. We will not go backRead Less
