I was never able to get my dog on the heart worm preventative medicine because the previous vet(Bergmans) was unable to get her blood drawn for testing. They attempted twice, using a tourniquet to tie around her leg, and it just freaked her out. She was terrified, and she's large dog, so she just wasn't going to let it happen. They told me the only other option to draw the blood would be to pay an extra 100 bucks to knock her out and draw it while she was passed out every year. Instead, I brought her here and gave them a try. Come to find out, they don't even use tourniquets here! We all got to be in the same room, had a muzzle on her just for safety, I got to pet her and keep her calm while they took her blood out of her back leg. She even was able to stand the entire time instead of being forced to lay down like the other place did. It only took a couple of minutes. So long story short, now my baby girl has the prevention medicine she needs for protection. I am very greatfull.

I found a dog who was abandoned by his owners and was severely injured. They ensured we could make it in as soon as possible to initiate treatment. The staff was so welcoming and showed great diligence with caring for our new family member. I loved this clinic so much i plan on using it for all of my fur babies in the future.

Most expensive place you could take your pet to. Teeth cleaning costs 480 not including any extractions and you have to have all kinds of tests done before the cleaning which costs an extra 300

These doctors and the team at CFAH are the best. I would give them more than a 5 star review if possible because they have gone above and beyond for our dog Hailey while she was sick and we were also dealing with three young sick children at home! They truly care about not only your furry family member but also the family that takes care of that furry body. Thanks for everything!

So our dog got sick and had to take him in. Long story short we made the painful decision to put our dog down. One of the hardest decisions of our life. The stuff was incredible, consulting us as we cried, had helpful words for us, they really helped us through this most painful time. They are so friendly and kind here. I loved the way they treated our pet they treated as if he was one of their own. We will never go to a different vet. We are as loyal to this place as they are to us.

As always, Dr. Visser and the entire staff is wonderful. Kind, compassionate, professional and always willingly tries to answer each and every question you might have. If they don't know the answer they ask one of the other technicians there who do. We took our injured cat there today. We can't even express the kindness because there are no appropriate words. We drove 45 minutes one way and would/will do it again when needed. The trust factor is 100% in how our pets are treated, how we are treated and how knowledgeable each and every person is. The Office is very clean and accommodating. WE love cfah. Thank you ALL so much. ***** Five Stars from us<3

Dr. Visser and his staff were so kind and compassionate. I took my dog in for an emergency and they squeezed me in to their schedule. I only waited 20 minutes but they kept apologizing for the wait....
Dr. Visser and his staff were so kind and compassionate. I took my dog in for an emergency and they squeezed me in to their schedule. I only waited 20 minutes but they kept apologizing for the wait. I expected to wait a lot longer for a squeezed in appt. Also, they called the next day to say they forgot to give me the senior citizens discount which I didn't even know they had. They didn't have to do that but shows how honest they are.

This is a top-of-the-line business. The building is clean, the staff are very friendly, and they have been right on for our precious pet English Bull. They may charge a little bit more, but the competence of both doctors is well worth it. I am a U.S. Army vet, and they give me a 10% discount on everything, including any medication. They will also match any prices to what you can get the meds for online or elsewhere; just bring in the price print-out to get the matched price.They are getting a five--star rating, and I do recommend this place to take your pet.

I was never able to get my dog on the heart worm preventative medicine because the previous vet(Bergmans) was unable to get her blood drawn for testing. They attempted twice, using a tourniquet to tie around her leg, and it just freaked her out. She was terrified, and she's large dog, so she just wasn't going to let it happen. The staff was so welcoming and showed great diligence with caring for our new family member. I loved this clinic so much i plan on using it for all of my fur babies in the future.

The stuff was incredible, consulting us as we cried, had helpful words for us, they really helped us through this most painful time. They are so friendly and kind here. This is a top-of-the-line business. The building is clean, the staff are very friendly, and they have been right on for our precious pet English Bull.
