Dr. Shocksnyder is one of a kind. She continues to take excellent care of our pack since we began going to the VCA 2 years ago. The office staff and veterinary assistants are extremely kind and supportive. Our pups are actually excited to go to the vet!

I've been a customer for over 17 years. Dr. Leslie and the staff are very knowledgeable and put me at ease, when a crisis occurs, with my dogs, as well as advise me on the care of my dogs. The facility is clean and I would highly recommend VCA. You also get discounts on vaccinations on tuesday.

Poor care! Boarded my cat for 1 week, called daily to check on her. They kept my cat in her carrier (by a slip of tongue from person on call) and she was almost dead by the time I picked her up. She lost 5 lbs and was noticibly tramatized. Will never step foot in there again!

Our VCA that was only a mile down the road had closed / consolidated which is good there because the VET at that location seemed to brush off all our questions and seemed like she did not even care about our family members. This VCA was about ~20 miles away or so and it was worth the drive (even with a crazy lab who persistently tries to get to the driver seat)! Dr. Shocsnider (spelling / sorry); is the friendliest person you will ever meet! She has a kind and compassionate heart and is very accommodating and knowledgeable. She has a good staff that supports her. Now that we moved even further away our drive is maybe 45 miles away but we still go there for routine check-ups or non serious issues. I wish they had an office closer with the same staff; so hard to find a good doctor who is not after the $$$.

I called VCA in a complete panic after a horrible experience with another vet the day before. EVERYONE was so kind and professional from my very first call with Jennifer, the follow up calls from them, and when I picked up my baby. Thank you all for taking such great care of my baby and for helping ease my mind as I was very upset and full of questions.

My vet is great, but too corporate here. She didn't know the antibiotic equivalent off Meijer free antibiotics list and had to research it. She was on the path to science diet prescription. I am tryin...
My vet is great, but too corporate here. She didn't know the antibiotic equivalent off Meijer free antibiotics list and had to research it. She was on the path to science diet prescription. I am trying a non rx way first. I will probably go to a ma and PA place.
Also every time I go the rooms stink really bad or a bit.

Went to VCA our first visit about a month ago. Our dog, like most, is skittish, but our vet Casey Robinson was excellent. He was patient with the pooch, explained things very well and is both very professional and considerate. He will be our vet for the rest of our time in the metro Detroit area. Very friendly staff. Very polite and obvious animal lovers. They all came down to the floor to make my dog as comfortable as possible. Their relationship with MHS also seems genuine and not just a connection to drum up business. The waiting room and exam rooms were all pet friendly hard surfaces. It might feel cold, but the purpose can't be overstated.

I've been a customer for over 17 years. Dr. Leslie and the staff are very knowledgeable and put me at ease, when a crisis occurs, with my dogs, as well as advise me on the care of my dogs. The facility is clean and I would highly recommend VCA. You also get discounts on vaccinations on tuesday.

Poor care! Boarded my cat for 1 week, called daily to check on her. They kept my cat in her carrier (by a slip of tongue from person on call) and she was almost dead by the time I picked her up. She lost 5 lbs and was noticibly tramatized. Will never step foot in there again!

Our VCA that was only a mile down the road had closed / consolidated which is good there because the VET at that location seemed to brush off all our questions and seemed like she did not even care about our family members. This VCA was about ~20 miles away or so and it was worth the drive (even with a crazy lab who persistently tries to get to the driver seat)! Dr. Shocsnider (spelling / sorry); is the friendliest person you will ever meet! She has a kind and compassionate heart and is very accommodating and knowledgeable. She has a good staff that supports her. Now that we moved even further away our drive is maybe 45 miles away but we still go there for routine check-ups or non serious issues. I wish they had an office closer with the same staff; so hard to find a good doctor who is not after the $$$.

EVERYONE was so kind and professional from my very first call with Jennifer, the follow up calls from them, and when I picked up my baby. My vet is great, but too corporate here. She didn't know the antibiotic equivalent off Meijer free antibiotics list and had to research it. She was on the path to science diet prescription. I am trying a non rx way first. I will probably go to a ma and PA place.
Also every time I go the rooms stink really bad or a bit.

Went to VCA our first visit about a month ago. Our dog, like most, is skittish, but our vet Casey Robinson was excellent. He was patient with the pooch, explained things very well and is both very professional and considerate. He will be our vet for the rest of our time in the metro Detroit area. Very friendly staff. Very polite and obvious animal lovers. They all came down to the floor to make my dog as comfortable as possible. Their relationship with MHS also seems genuine and not just a connection to drum up business. The waiting room and exam rooms were all pet friendly hard surfaces. It might feel cold, but the purpose can't be overstated.
