Dr Chris was my dogs vet since she was a puppy. I trusted him. She had a bump on her chest so I took her to see him. He felt it and said it was a cyst. The bump got larger and it seemed to be oozing a little fluid, so I brought her back. Dr Chris said it was still a cyst. Again I trusted him. All he did was feel it and said because it was oozing it was a cyst. Didn't suggest a biopsy. Again I trusted him. It grew more so I brought her in again. Dr Chris had left VCA White Lake to open his practice in Fenton. Another Dr saw my Shina and said she needed a biopsy. It turned out to be cancer. Had he removed it when it was small, I would have my best friend with me now. Shina was my baby and because of Dr Chris she is no longer with me. My heart is forever broken. This vet and groomer is amazing! You can tell how wonderful they are by how my dog responds to all of them! Any concerns they reassure me or help in every way! The groomer does exceptional work! Amazing! The price is just a little bit high but I have a huge fluffy husky so if I want the job done right the price is worth it hands down. I would rather pay a little more to get the amazing care and the beautiful outcome then to save a few bucks and be dissatisfied and my dog to be miserable. Thank you guys for being awesome!Read Less

We are clients from when it was Pointe Animal Clinic. I was a bit unsure at first when it was under new ownership a few years ago because I'm really picky with how my pets are handled, but I quickly learned they're all great staff. I have a Siberian Husky and typical of the breed to be unsure of new people. However, she has liked Dr. Chris since her first visit with him a few years ago. All of my dogs and cats are comfortable with the staff. They really want to help the animals and are knowledgeable. I'm glad I found such a great place to take my pets. Read Less

This veterinary was recommended to me. Today I called first thing cause my dog had an injured leg for two weeks. We tried treating it ourselves.... To no avail. The vet made room for me to bring my pet in immediately even tho they had a surgery scheduled. I'm am so impressed and thankful! They did NOT overcharge me and they were so kind!! The hardest thing about a pet owner is that there comes a time when you have to say goodbye. This vet was sensitive to me and my pet at such a time, to the point where I've never had a vet make a hard thing as easy as they did. We followed Dr. Chris from his previous location. It took 5 minutes to get to him before and now it takes about 35. But hands down, he is the best Vet around! I had taken our dog to another emergency vet when she became ill on a Saturday. Not only was it expensive but our dog only deteriorated over the next 36 hours. When we took her to see Dr. Gary we were prepared to have her put to sleep. She was so weak she was unable to walk. From the moment we walked through the front door the entire staff showed nothing but optimism and compassion for our dog. After treating her and educating us in her care he told us we would see a considerable amount of improvment in 6 hours. Just as he told us 6 hours later she was up looking for dinner. After our visit Dr. Gary called to check on her a couple times a day. She is now completely back to herself. We can not thank them enough! Read Less
