I came in there on June 9 of 2023 to have my cat of 20 years put down. I wanted his ashes, returned to me with his urn, engraved as well as a paw print. She sat the paper down without even allowing me...
I came in there on June 9 of 2023 to have my cat of 20 years put down. I wanted his ashes, returned to me with his urn, engraved as well as a paw print. She sat the paper down without even allowing me to double check and I grabbed it anyways lift it up. They had marked him as a communal burial. I asked it to be fixed. They just scratched all over the page so when I got back I requested that the Doctor performing the euthanasia to redo the page. They did not mark the paw print they did not mark for his name to be engraved. So now I get my cats ashes back today with no paw print, no name engraved I called the company. They are getting me a new urn, but the fact that I cannot get his paw print is absolutely mortifying. This is irreparable. Nothing can be done about this. He is gone so there’s no way this situation can be fixed. I thought that they were a kind and caring vet clinic that put every patient as they saw first. Apparently they’re not if they get to busy they won’t even pay attention to you and try to throw paperwork in the mix without even allowing you to check anything. Don’t take your animal here. If you’re having your best friend euthanized, they will screw everything up and leave you heartbroken eventually I’m going to get older and I’m gonna forget the size and shape everything of his feet and now I have nothing to remember him by. This has made the loss of a family member even harder. I’ve had my Izzi half my life and now have to do the rest without him. Im so torn up about everything and this just added to my family’s loss. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You guys are absolutely disgusting.

My granddaughter and I took my American Bulldog in to be pts. He was really suffering. My 13 year old granddaughter has loved him since she was 4. She wanted to hold him as he went to sleep. They gave him no sedation, nothing to calm him. My boy died in fear. I will NEVER forget the terror in his eyes, and his cries as they sent him straight into heart failure. We were devastated, my granddaughter is still having nightmares. My best advice? If you go here, don't go too close to lunchtime, because apparently NOTHING interferes with THAT!

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and the staff. My cat has been having some emergency issues and I have taken him here every time. Dr. Nates (I think is his name) has been absolutely amazing and always calls after a visit to make sure my cat is doing okay. The staff even stayed late this saturday so I could bring my cat in. I would recommend this place to anybody.

My dog was recently shot and was taken here and they were a blessing to work with the helped me in every way possible. I've also used them when my other dog had heartworms also a pleasant experience with them! My dogs will continue to use Heritage for anything needed!!

Excellent veterinary care from professionals who care. My cats sure love Drs. Chad and Nate, especially Dr. Chad! Don't tell Dr. Nate! Heritage provides excellent care for both cats and dogs and I would recommend them to anyone. I still drive all the way to Genesee Township, which is definitely out of my way, when I need to take my cats to the vet, be it to remove their claws, get shots or for an emergency. I just don't trust anyone else with their health or well-being.I've boarded pets with them in the past and that has always gone well. They've always received the best care and have round-the-clock staff there to help out. They aren't cheap, but they aren't the most expensive, either, and they are worth both the money and the trip. I could easily find a more convenient local vet, but I'm sticking with Heritage.I've never taken any of my pets elsewhere. When my kitty, Beaner, passed away in their care in 2012, they were very compassionate and even knocked some of the money off the bill for services rendered.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Dr. Chad Boggs has cared for my dog for years. He truly cares. He did 2 knee surgeries on my yellow lab Henry and now Henry is perfect. He runs and plays and has no restrictions!!! You can't ask for a better Vet for your pets!!!

I take both of my animals here for all their needs. They are very reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly. I always recommend them to everyone I talk to that is looking for a veterinarian.

I highly recommend Heritage if your looking for a vet that will not cost you an arm and a leg. My dog was recently shot and was taken here and they were a blessing to work with the helped me in every way possible. I've also used them when my other dog had heartworms also a pleasant experience with them! My dogs will continue to use Heritage for anything needed!!

Excellent veterinary care from professionals who care. My cats sure love Drs. Chad and Nate, especially Dr. Chad! Don't tell Dr. Nate! Heritage provides excellent care for both cats and dogs and I would recommend them to anyone. I still drive all the way to Genesee Township, which is definitely out of my way, when I need to take my cats to the vet, be it to remove their claws, get shots or for an emergency. I just don't trust anyone else with their health or well-being.I've boarded pets with them in the past and that has always gone well. They've always received the best care and have round-the-clock staff there to help out. They aren't cheap, but they aren't the most expensive, either, and they are worth both the money and the trip. I could easily find a more convenient local vet, but I'm sticking with Heritage.I've never taken any of my pets elsewhere. When my kitty, Beaner, passed away in their care in 2012, they were very compassionate and even knocked some of the money off the bill for services rendered.
