They gave me realistic expectations and side effect, as well as set me up with everything needed to help my cat. She wouldn't still be here if not for these lovely helpers!

Dr Brown and Dr Koan have always served our pets well. We have had 1 cat and 2 dogs over the past 17 years that we brought to them. Both are very knowledgeable. If you have a long wait time, be assured that when you do get to speak with one of them, they will take their time with you and listen to any concerns you have. They take their time explaining things so you feel comfortable.
However, the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully it is better since I went there last time. There is a probiotic we purchase for my dog, and we had originally been going to the vet as they are the ones who carried it and recommended it. When I went to purchase another one, there was a sign stating that everyone needed to sign in. All I asked was, since I was only purchasing the probiotic, which I picked up myself from the shelf, would I need to sign in. The response I got was so rude and flippant. I almost dropped the item on the counter and walked out. I can understand being a little flustered, but I was not rushing her. I just wanted to make sure I did everything correctly for them. Needless to say, I now order that item off of Amazon. I only go in when we need to get my dog shots or other care. Hopefully this person has improved or is no longer employed there.

I have always gotten wonderful care from all of the vets for my four legged critters. The biggest drawback is that you can't make an appointment and the office is always packed. I know that when I go in I'm going to be waiting at least 2 hours before I even see one of the Docs.
When you're trying to keep an animal calm, in a waiting area for hours, it makes the visit more difficult than it needs to be.

I have always gotten wonderful care from all of the vets for my four legged critters. The biggest drawback is that you can't make an appointment and the office is always packed. I know that when I go in I'm going to be waiting at least 2 hours before I even see one of the Docs.
When you're trying to keep an animal calm, in a waiting area for hours, it makes the visit more difficult than it needs to be.

I love Riverside. Their top priority is the animals that they see. My dog was very sick and we were there every day for a week. They always explained everything to me and answered all the stupid question that I had. When I cried because we didn't know if he would make it they were very compassionate with me. Both Dr Brown and Dr Koan are very knowledgeable and will admit when they don't know the answer but will consult with specialists at MSU to make sure that they do what is best for your pet. I am so glad I brought my baby here or he may not be here today.

This place and it's staff are wonderful. Our hedgehog was bleeding and we had no clue if anyone would be able to help but dr.koan and staff did everything they could and I wouldn't have felt comfortable taking her anywhere else. Dr.Koan did an emergency surgery that saved her life. The staff called the next morning to check up with her and make sure we remembered all of the after care. Best veterany clinic in the area with the best staff and very reasonable prices. 👍🏻 Thank you

Dr. Brown is wonderful with all of our pets and takes the time needed to answer your questions. The wait may be a little bit but I would highly recommend this hospital!!! Love love love this office, Dr Brown and staff have treated both of my dogs and my kitty- Gracie and Gigi have had the best possible care there. My cat however became very ill quite quickly, Dr Florida very patiently took us thru the steps to help our kitty cross the rainbow bridge she showed so much compassion for our sweet kitty and us. Best vet office ever, even if you do have to wait a bit, but in reality they are giving other pets the same excellent attention they do for your own animals so I don't mind the wait

I have always had great care for all of my animals and rescues that I bring in- The Doctors are always so kind and helpful. I love that they take time to explain everything to me. The staff has always been very helpful. Whether I needed care for a stray kitten or compassion when it was time to say my final goodbye to my 12 year old dog "McGeigh". They have not only taken care of my animals, but considered my wellbeing all so. I think they are the best!!!!

My puppy got very sick last week and we found iut she had parvo! At first we were a nervous wreck about. But once I took Luna to riverside to see Dr. Florida I was feeling a lot more at ease. The staff was so friendly and Dr. Florida call me multiple times and day and even text me when she checked on her in the middle of the night. Now a week later Dr. Florida says Luna might be able to come home in the morning!i dont know what I would have done with out all this amazing help and support! I would give these guys 100 stars if I could!

Riverside Animal Hospital is a wonderful and caring vet to take your animals to. My family has 2 English mastiffs that we take in and they are always excited to go tails waging. Dr. Brown is very professional and cares not only for your pets but you as well. He takes his time to talk to you you about all of your pets needs and answers all questions you may have, you never feel rushed. The staff is incredibly caring, and extremely friendly. Our dogs absolutely love the treats the ladies give them. All in all it is a comfortable and clean environment , and the care you receive for your pets who are your family members is extraordinary. Thank you Dr. Brown and all the wonderful staff at Riverside Animal hospital.

Dr Brown and Dr Koan have always served our pets well. We have had 1 cat and 2 dogs over the past 17 years that we brought to them. Both are very knowledgeable. If you have a long wait time, be assured that when you do get to speak with one of them, they will take their time with you and listen to any concerns you have. They take their time explaining things so you feel comfortable.
However, the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully it is better since I went there last time. There is a probiotic we purchase for my dog, and we had originally been going to the vet as they are the ones who carried it and recommended it. When I went to purchase another one, there was a sign stating that everyone needed to sign in. All I asked was, since I was only purchasing the probiotic, which I picked up myself from the shelf, would I need to sign in. The response I got was so rude and flippant. I have always gotten wonderful care from all of the vets for my four legged critters. The biggest drawback is that you can't make an appointment and the office is always packed. I know that when I go in I'm going to be waiting at least 2 hours before I even see one of the Docs.
When you're trying to keep an animal calm, in a waiting area for hours, it makes the visit more difficult than it needs to be.

I have always gotten wonderful care from all of the vets for my four legged critters. The biggest drawback is that you can't make an appointment and the office is always packed. I know that when I go in I'm going to be waiting at least 2 hours before I even see one of the Docs.

I love Riverside. Their top priority is the animals that they see. My dog was very sick and we were there every day for a week. They always explained everything to me and answered all the stupid question that I had. When I cried because we didn't know if he would make it they were very compassionate with me. Both Dr Brown and Dr Koan are very knowledgeable and will admit when they don't know the answer but will consult with specialists at MSU to make sure that they do what is best for your pet. I am so glad I brought my baby here or he may not be here today.

This place and it's staff are wonderful. Our hedgehog was bleeding and we had no clue if anyone would be able to help but dr.koan and staff did everything they could and I wouldn't have felt comfortable taking her anywhere else. Dr.Koan did an emergency surgery that saved her life. The staff called the next morning to check up with her and make sure we remembered all of the after care. Best veterany clinic in the area with the best staff and very reasonable prices. 👍🏻 Thank you

My cat however became very ill quite quickly, Dr Florida very patiently took us thru the steps to help our kitty cross the rainbow bridge she showed so much compassion for our sweet kitty and us. Best vet office ever, even if you do have to wait a bit, but in reality they are giving other pets the same excellent attention they do for your own animals so I don't mind the wait

I have always had great care for all of my animals and rescues that I bring in- The Doctors are always so kind and helpful. I love that they take time to explain everything to me. The staff has always been very helpful. Whether I needed care for a stray kitten or compassion when it was time to say my final goodbye to my 12 year old dog "McGeigh". They have not only taken care of my animals, but considered my wellbeing all so. I think they are the best!!!!

My puppy got very sick last week and we found iut she had parvo! At first we were a nervous wreck about. But once I took Luna to riverside to see Dr. Florida I was feeling a lot more at ease. The staff was so friendly and Dr. Florida call me multiple times and day and even text me when she checked on her in the middle of the night. Now a week later Dr. Florida says Luna might be able to come home in the morning!i dont know what I would have done with out all this amazing help and support! Riverside Animal Hospital is a wonderful and caring vet to take your animals to. My family has 2 English mastiffs that we take in and they are always excited to go tails waging. Dr. Brown is very professional and cares not only for your pets but you as well. He takes his time to talk to you you about all of your pets needs and answers all questions you may have, you never feel rushed. The staff is incredibly caring, and extremely friendly. Our dogs absolutely love the treats the ladies give them. All in all it is a comfortable and clean environment , and the care you receive for your pets who are your family members is extraordinary.
