Took my cat, Osiris, in for his neutering. When youall to schedule an appointment, you leave your information and they call you back. I heard back within 3 buisness days and my appointment was for the following week. Checkin process was easy and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. Cat pickup is the following day, he was set in his carrier to go home. Osiris slept his ride home. Besides loosing his testicles, I think Osiris didn't mind the experience either. I would reccomend them! 10/10 service and experience!

You have to make an appointment in advance. But it's well worth it. They take great care of your pet. I highly recommend this place.

I have brought both Kitty's and dogs to the clinic and have been impressed with the care givers there! All of my animals have come home with no problems and I know that they weren't scared by the experience. They come home and are the same as before but better, no spraying and no heats. I will continue to use them!

Awesome job! They did my sweet pup and her sister and did an amazing job. I'm pretty sure it was more upsetting for my boyfriend then for my dogs lol. The team did a great job and cost was perfect.

Our cat was spayed here yesterday. The staff were amazing and I felt very comfortable leaving our kitty with them. She is home and happy as can be thank you West Michigan Spay and Neuter!!

We had two different sets of barn cats neutered here, the last being Mr White & Mr Black. The staff is great and you can tell they take pride in their service. They work like a fine oiled machine. You should have no problem as long as you adhere to their detailed instructions. Expect a short wait at drop off while these ladies bust their butt to accommodate everybody.

I cant thank this organization enough. I received a kitten about 2 years ago off of Facebook, a female. I to had intentions on getting her fixed. Something always came up, well 2 litters later i knew i couldn't keep doing this. So i made the call, now i have kinda helped the problem after i added to it. But now i have mom and her son fixed. So excited for their new lives. Thank you. And the staff is amazing

I like the place cause its cheap to get you animals fixed but when I brought my cat their to get fixed last month he came back with fleas I have never had a problem until now and I know other ones who said the same thing and before you ask how do you know that's where they came from its the only place my cat has been around other animals and they take is wild cats to fix them and I know that if a cat lives outside its going to have fleas

I got my puppy fixed through WMSPN and they are a wonderful group! The staff explains everything and answers any questions you may have, and they make sure to give your fur baby lots of love throughout the day. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!

The surgery did not help anything for my cat and he is still the same.. He is going to the bathroom in places and not using the litter box

Took my cat, Osiris, in for his neutering. When youall to schedule an appointment, you leave your information and they call you back. I heard back within 3 buisness days and my appointment was for the following week. Checkin process was easy and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. Cat pickup is the following day, he was set in his carrier to go home. Osiris slept his ride home. Besides loosing his testicles, I think Osiris didn't mind the experience either. I have brought both Kitty's and dogs to the clinic and have been impressed with the care givers there! All of my animals have come home with no problems and I know that they weren't scared by the experience. They come home and are the same as before but better, no spraying and no heats.
