VCA Animal Hospital of Garden City

This is the only veterinarian clinic I've taken my animals to. Dr. Bradley's always been my veterinarian for my animals also. He is a very good veterinarian and a very nice person. You can really tell he loves animals. All the rest of the employees that work here are very friendly and very knowledgeable also. If you need a vet to go see, I would definitely recommend this VCA Clinic. Read Less

I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Dr. Bradley has been looking after all my dogs and cats for a long time. I've never had any issues and I have no complaints about this VCA Clinic. They have always been very good to me and very very good to all my pets. All the veterinarians there are very good, helpful and very eager to help you. All the on staff employees are very friendly and very helpful also. If you need a vet, definitely give them a try. Read Less

I liked Dr.Davis but there were things that happened along the way that were upsetting. My 2 mo. old pup was almost double vaccinated because they didn't check the paperwork close enough. I caught it before it happened. They told me to wait to make an appt for neutering and when I called when they said they couldn't get me in,in a timely matter to use the 100.00 coupon off for this service because it would expire before then. They use a very strong air freshener throughout the office that causes my asthma to flare and is probably toxic to the animals, especially cats. Then when I had my pups teeth pulled he came home sprayed with perfume because he had an accident in his crate so they wanted to freshen him up! Again... Asthma attack guaranteed. I couldn't get it washed out of his fur in three baths. Allergic to my own puppy!!! Called to speak to a manager and 2 months later still no return call to resolve my issues. Well I have not had a dog over 30 years. My wife and I adopted a puppy and went to see the Doc. I have to say that every Experience we have had with every one at the Garden City VCA has been Great. We live in Monroe and will go to G.C VCA unless its just not possible. Great Staff and Doctors. Read Less

I brought my pets here with my mom when I was a kid, and now that I have my very own fur baby I'm back. These folks are great. So friendly and kind. Great hours that work for working people! Our pup is entirely comfortable here. They don't push any product on you either. Great great great! Read Less

I went in today for my appointment at noon (mind you i had called the wrong vets office & made the appointment at a different location) the vca staff accommodated me immediately even though doctor dave had a surgery scheduled he took time to see me& my fur baby. We were in & out in less then 20minutes& the staff was so nice about my mistake & treated me as if i was family. I love the VCA & would recommend them to everyone. Thank you !! Read Less

Our vet wasn't open on Saturday and we had a minor emergency (blood in urine). We were recommend to come here. The female doctor had German Shepherds of her own and was extremely knowledgeable. Long story short we plan on taking our pup here from now on. They took us quickly and put our fears to rest. With a little bit of medication the very next day she is already back to her old self! I called to ask if they would take me because I had an emergency because my dog had some hot spots & I had just discovered a lump on him this morning & the receptionist, Denise, said even if it was a prior emergency they would turn me away because there were no openings! Any vet that turns a sick animal away when it's an emergency with or without an opening is a pathetic excuse to be opened for service. No one knows and expects their pets to be sick & if it just so happens unexpectedly & you happen to be the closest vet around & still are turning away sick pets then this is not a good place! I would advise other pet lovers to think twice before going to such a horrible place with no compassion! I will come here even it was a last resort because I feel like my dog is as good as dead even if I do so. I will be telling ALL my friends & family to avoid this place. This place is a pathetic excuse for a animal hospital & I hope they hire better people then someone who can calmly tell u that even if u come in with a sick dying pet they will still have to turn u away.Read Less

Dr. Davis is the best veterinarian in the world! He is the only vet I would ever trust with my 5 dogs! I drive 30 minutes (one-way) just to see him! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly - and funny! He always returns my phone calls promptly and always knows just how to explain everything so that we can understand perfectly! Dr. Davis is the real Dr. Doolittle! We all just love him! :D The staff at VCA garden city is awesome too! They're always so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Davis and the rest of the staff at VCA Garden City! Read Less
