Not a big fan of dr Jen. And they are insanely expensive... I spent $500 just to find out why my cat was puking for 3 days. And still didn’t find out. Way too overpriced and made it seem like it was an emergency and we had to do all these expensive tests to find out why...even though he was in no way dying. Not very good at educating the owner or informing them of other less expensive options.

I switched to Grand Haven Animal Hospital years ago after my previous vet told me to call a hotline instead of getting me in to see my cat because it was close to closing time. I called Grand Haven Animal Hospital because they are located right around the corner from my house. Even though we were not patients there they fit us in and stayed late to see us. They also called the next day to check up on how our cat was doing. I knew then that this was the place for us and I had all of our records transferred. This was years ago and I am more and more impressed each time I go. They understand that your pets are your family and they treat them as if they are their own. I can't say enough great things about everyone at GHAH; I will never go anywhere else!

I took a special needs kitten in today to be fixed .We were so worried he would not be able to have the surgery because he has health problems .But Dr Jen made sure to run the tests he needed and did a successful surgery <3 She even called me when she was done to tell me know how well it went <3 THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!

I have used this vets office for about 10 years now. But yesterday I switched vets. Needed to unexpectedly board my dog. He needed a shot before he could go. I was told to come in next week. I needed it before Friday. Found a new vet who "worked " him in. Now I have a new vet.

I decided to see Dr Nash after being referred by a friend. I was blown away by the time he took to explain what was going on with my dog. He was so professional, but MOST importantly, he was so person...
I decided to see Dr Nash after being referred by a friend. I was blown away by the time he took to explain what was going on with my dog. He was so professional, but MOST importantly, he was so personable. He sat down with me as I was getting emotional and I could see the concern in his eyes. This man truly loves animals and who better to take care of your pet than someone as dedicated as he is.

I love Dr. Nash! He worked with me and my young female dog who had a "potty problem". He never made me feel like a "Hover-Mom" which I totally thought I was being. He really listened to me and helped ...
I love Dr. Nash! He worked with me and my young female dog who had a "potty problem". He never made me feel like a "Hover-Mom" which I totally thought I was being. He really listened to me and helped me work out the best treatment for my dog. I was nervous to tell him my dog's potty problems, especially after he had tried her on something, but he was so open and understanding. He also told me that I know my dog better than anyone and he takes everything I say into account. He found the perfect treatment for my dog, while listening to me, and we both appreciate it so much. She feels so much better! So do I! ;)

Best vet in the world!!! Dr. Nash put our Maltese/shihtzu back together after she was attacked by two dogs. Honestly didn't think she was going to make it but she did and we got lots more years out ...
Best vet in the world!!! Dr. Nash put our Maltese/shihtzu back together after she was attacked by two dogs. Honestly didn't think she was going to make it but she did and we got lots more years out of her. Just a couple weeks ago at 16 she went to heaven. Now we have Kenzie and Kobie and Dr. Nash will always be our vet!

Not a big fan of dr Jen. And they are insanely expensive... I spent $500 just to find out why my cat was puking for 3 days. And still didn’t find out. Way too overpriced and made it seem like it was an emergency and we had to do all these expensive tests to find out why...even though he was in no way dying. Not very good at educating the owner or informing them of other less expensive options.

I switched to Grand Haven Animal Hospital years ago after my previous vet told me to call a hotline instead of getting me in to see my cat because it was close to closing time. I called Grand Haven Animal Hospital because they are located right around the corner from my house. Even though we were not patients there they fit us in and stayed late to see us. They also called the next day to check up on how our cat was doing. I knew then that this was the place for us and I had all of our records transferred. This was years ago and I am more and more impressed each time I go. They understand that your pets are your family and they treat them as if they are their own. I can't say enough great things about everyone at GHAH; I will never go anywhere else!

I love Dr. Nash! He worked with me and my young female dog who had a "potty problem". He never made me feel like a "Hover-Mom" which I totally thought I was being. He really listened to me and helped me work out the best treatment for my dog. Best vet in the world!!! Dr. Nash put our Maltese/shihtzu back together after she was attacked by two dogs. Honestly didn't think she was going to make it but she did and we got lots more years out of her. Just a couple weeks ago at 16 she went to heaven. Now we have Kenzie and Kobie and Dr. Nash will always be our vet!
