Before adopting our English Lab in 2016 we researched all of the vets in town and The Haven Animal Hospital was so overjoyed to meet our puppy (Pete) and we instantly felt so comfortable with them and confident in their abilities! Getting a puppy can be stressful when it comes to all of their shots and puppy treatments, but everyone at The Haven Animal Hospital was so kind! They recognize him in public and ask us how he is doing and they always treat him as if he were their own. If you are looking for a highly professional, knowledgeable and loving team to work with over your animal this is the place! I would recommend them to anyone for any animal! We love Haven Animal Hospital! A while back we had to take our cat Sadie there because she became ill and my favorite part about our visit is that they give you a itemized list of how much every thing will cost before they do any treatments and they never make you feel pressured to do it all. Just today we took our newest fur baby Maple to get checked up and make sure every thing was good to go with her. All I have to say about today’s visit is we love doctor Gray! Can't say enough about the staff here.  Everyone is super friendly and great with my small herd of dogs.  I have also utilized their boarding services and receives text messages daily along with pics to keep me updated on how they were doing. Had cat boarded for three days while family was in town to visit. No problems with the stay. When we picked up our cat we found that they had given away our cat carrier (brand new) to another customer and we were sent home with someone else's. Our cat did not receive a bath like he was supposed to. For the problems (attributed to a new employee) they gave us a coupon for a free nail clipping. Our cat is declawed.... Read Less

They are amazing here. They show so much compassion for the pets that come in. Barb is the best vet I've ever dealt with and the only vet I will go to. I am convinced I should have gotten a 2nd opinion. I was quoted extensive surgery around $750 for my cat. I could not afford this, so the vet took her in and removed the mass - possibly for much less than what I was quoted. The thing that bothers me the most is that I felt as though it was rubbed in my face. They did not hesitate to let me know after that her surgery "she's like a new kitty", and she has already been adopted to another family. Cruel. I wish I had gotten that 2nd opinion, I have always felt like I was given inflated prices/quotes from this provider. Judgemental provider. Read Less
