Bad experience with cat spay, they quoted one price, then upon arrival to pick cat up, they charged an extra $200. They are not good at communicating information during, or leave room for miscommunication. I voiced my opinion and paid the up charge. Today I get letter from them saying I need to find another vet, seriously??? They are a woke bunch of females that think they are more important, "specialists" as they said. Well news to them, every vet out there knows the same stuff about cats and dogs, just because you treat cats only doesnt make you a specialist, it just narrows your field of practice. The services they offer are no more than anyone else, and their prices are extremely over priced. I took my records to my old vet and if I would have gone there it would have saved me close to $300 over course of the last few months. They still make you wait in car, call, door locked. Last time I visited they didnt answer phone, and I had to go to door and knock, and when they opened door they asked if I had called??? Really. Just letting every one I know my experience, hopefully it will save someone else the head ache too (and money).

Very knowledgeable staff. I love the fact they are a Gentle Hands practice and do it with our four-legged family members in mind.

The staff at Cat Clinic North are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I love that it's a cats-only clinic and it always provides a calm experience for my cat. The evening and weekend hours are convenient and I've never had a problem making an appointment when my cat needs one. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any cat owner!

Fantastic experience here - both the vet and her assistant were very professional and super friendly toward our cat. They were also very thorough and helpful in answering all of our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone with a cat.

This is a phenomenal veterinary office. I take my two cats to Cat Clinic North and have never had anything but a positive experience. Not only are they professional, caring, thorough, and accommodating, but they have managed to fit me in at a moment's notice before when one of my cats was having an issue. I don't think there's a better place or better people to entrust the care of your cat to.

This is a phenomenal veterinary office. I take my two cats to Cat Clinic North and have never had anything but a positive experience. Not only are they professional, caring, thorough, and accommodating, but they have managed to fit me in at a moment's notice before when one of my cats was having an issue. I don't think there's a better place or better people to entrust the care of your cat to.

They cared for my cat for years and have been wonderful with him. He was a tough customer too. Hissing and growling the minute I brought him in the door, but they were always great with him. Taking their time to approach him slowly and talk sweetly to him. Yesterday I had to have him put to sleep - he was nearly 17 and had bone cancer. All of the staff was so compassionate and helping me make my decision and giving me the time and space I needed to spend a last few precious moments with him. Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but if your kitty hates going to the vet like mine did, they will make it easier on him or her.

Very caring, experienced and flexible with scheduling. Cat Clinic North and Kentwood Cat Clinic are the same clinic, just different locations, so one can always use both clinics as needed. The vets rotate locations on different days of the week.
The North (Plainfield & 5 Mile) location could afford to be more wheelchair accessible, but other than that, these Cat Clinics are amazing. They are an exemplary company and a blessing to our community, to the cat guardians they serve, and to the many kitties they heal and love!

I took my 13 year old cat to Cat Clinic North and I would highly recommend taking your feline friend here. I will mention that they do seem a bit more pricy than your ordinary vet, but you are paying for a specialty which was worth it to me. My cat was having serious issues when we brought her in (enlarged heart, significant heart murmur, thyroid issues, arthritis), but all of the doctors there were very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. My sweet Julie is doing much better today because of the care she received at the Cat Clinic. At one point, my cat was no longer tolerating her medication taken orally, and they suggested having it compounded into a cream we administer in her ear. No matter what problems arise, they think of a way to effectively manage the issues. They also are usually able to do same day appointments ( you might have to drive to the Kentwood Cat Clinic) if any issues arise. I recently moved to California, and the vet and I decided it would be best to fly Julie there as my carry-on while visiting. This is a very nerve wrecking experience for any cat owner! The doctors at the Cat Clinic took additional time to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible for Julie and we went through several rounds of sedation to find one that would work best for her. Overall, I would recommend the Cat Clinic to anyone, especially those with special needs cats or cats who require a bit more attention. The Vets I have encountered there are very nice and attentive and really do want the best for your cat.

Bad experience with cat spay, they quoted one price, then upon arrival to pick cat up, they charged an extra $200. They are not good at communicating information during, or leave room for miscommunication. I voiced my opinion and paid the up charge. The staff at Cat Clinic North are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I love that it's a cats-only clinic and it always provides a calm experience for my cat. The evening and weekend hours are convenient and I've never had a problem making an appointment when my cat needs one. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any cat owner!

This is a phenomenal veterinary office. I take my two cats to Cat Clinic North and have never had anything but a positive experience. This is a phenomenal veterinary office. I take my two cats to Cat Clinic North and have never had anything but a positive experience.
