Her surgery was Tuesday and you almost can't tell she had it. Nothing but positive! We were a little sceptical because we've had no previous experience here at C-SNIP but If you have any doubts rest assured they will take good care of your dog or cat.

My mom made the appointment and gave me missed information about my arrival time and I ended up missing the intake process. Already in a rush, trying to get my cat in between dropping my Son off at school going into work, I stood by my car crying from frustration. I was greeted a moment later by a woman who worked there who went out of her way to personally speak to the vet and get us into their scheduled day despite my tardiness. At the end she even offered me a hug and some encouraging words for a better day

Was recommended C-snip by a relative for a cheaper option for fixing my 3 year old Labrador. Typically it would cost about $250 plus for this operation at my vet's office, but it cost me less than $100 here. I was a little hesitant at first, strictly due to the fact that it was such a low cost. However, that anxiety towards C-Snip was diminished quickly when I was called the next day, and booked an appointment within 2 weeks. Her operation was quick and easy, and she never once touched her incision during the healing process! She developed a Seroma from moving too much after surgery, as large young breeds do, and they accommodated me with FREE antibiotics to help prevent infection, and sedatives to help keep her calm until she was finished healing. Would 100% recommend C-snip, and will be donating to help this cause. AMAZING! Thank's for everything you do!

I recommend setting up your appointment for a Monday. The facility is much cleaner because they've had the whole weekend to make things sterile. That ensures rested surgeons and less risk for infection after surgery. They are very busy and you may have to wait a week before they get a chance to call you to make an appointment. Patience is the key here. Good people! They really care about your pet!

I highly recommend C-Snip to anyone, it’s not necessary to pay more somewhere else when the same level of care can be attained here. The facility is small, clean and well organized, offering Spay/Neuter services at an affordable price. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I Left a message for an appointment and was called back within the week. I did have to wait for the appointment day, but they were very busy, so that explained why. I dropped him off in the morning, picked him up in the afternoon. He was well taken care of, he came out healthy and fine (with only his pride broken 😂) and with no complications afterward 👍🏼👍🏼

They handled my cat so well. It was a bit scary leaving her there overnight, but picking her up the next day was great. They had a little how-to class upon picking them up and it was nice.
Highly recommend. Price and quality care is hard to find, and they have this here. Can't wait to donate some things to this facility. Well worth it and very impressed.

This is my second time coming to c-snip. Both times were great! No problems. Our puppy is doing very well. The ONLY reason I took a star away is because it is not easy for my boyfriend and I to get days off of work. Two weeks ago we had this appt made and the day before we got a reminder and whoever I talked to said "I noticed you guys are coming from Fremont, drive safe!" So they knew we had a far drive. We left the next morning around 6:30am because the roads were so bad. We got more than half way there just to get a text saying they had to cancel their appts. I was lucky that I wasn't driving by myself, otherwise I would have never gotten that text because I wouldn't be looking at my phone while driving in such horrible weather. But we had also both taken that day off of work, so now we had to do it again. I was mostly irritated because I know we aren't the only ones who had a far drive. And I know we aren't the only ones that don't have such a flexible schedule. And that it was a text message, not a call. I will not check my phone while I am driving, especially when it's icy and I have my dog in the car, that is dangerous. Please take into consideration that these notifications should be sent out earlier or the night before for the people who have a far drive.

I had my Waffles spayed here and they provide a good service however after her surgery and recoup time she can't do the things she could do before like jump on the couch, I have to help her up. So for what's its worth, it was cheap and everyone was nice but they should have told us this might happen or or she might not be the same but at least she is alright. I'm not saying anything to dissuade you because I will go back when ever she is sick but I assume that's what happens to animals when you fix them. Place very small and crowded.

I found this clinic to be very clean, very well organized, and very good with all of the animals they handled. I loved that I can schedule an appointment online. One other thing i appreciated... during the phone health history prior to bringing my dog in, i mentioned that he is high strung and nervous and i was told he gets a sedative as soon as he is brought back into the treatment area. I am grateful they do this because i am sure this would have been frightening and stressful without that. Thorough instructions are given to the group of pet owners before going home with our animals and questions were answered very thoroughly and professionally. I don't think we would have gotten any different care or any better care at our home vet. I would absolutely recommend c-snip to anyone.

Wow! I was a super nervous mama dropping my Mastiff off yesterday morning at C-Snip. I even left in tears... Looking at my pup now you wouldn't even know she had a procedure. Bright eyed, happy and doesn't even acknowledge her incision site. She is neatly clipped in her 'area' with no nips, nails are trimmed nice and short, and her incision is maybe 2" long and expertly stitched. I am so grateful for the staff at C-Snip. I will absolutely be spreading the word! Thank you for providing such an excellent service to the pet community!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness that the staff showed.I recently took my new puppy to get neutered and was a little skeptical to how he would be treated at C-Snip due to their low price of service. However, I couldn't be more wrong. I got there just before 8am when they opened and there was already a line forming. Staff swiftly organised the queue and made you feel right at ease with their warm welcoming. I didn't wait long and was served by a lady who explained all the paperwork and what time I was expected to be back for collection. Upon arriving back at 4pm, I was greeted by another welcoming lady who explained that she would give a brief lesson on how to care for your pup after surgery and then will send us on our way. After leaving I was pleased with the service and comfortable to think that my dog was well looked after throughout the day!

Very good experience! The staff was extremely professional and courteous through the whole ordeal. They treated all of the animals with the utmost care.Got our female cat spayed for only $20. Yes, $20. Because of a grant they can do it this cheap in the month of February 2012 only...they have spayed/neutered over 85,000 animals, the sign in the office says! The clinic is 45 miles from my house, but well worth it as the vets over here charge $200 to do the same thing. So the double travel time doesn't really matter if you are getting that kind of savings. Had to deliver the cat at 8 am one day, and pick her up at 7:30 am the next day. Each pet will need to be in their own carrier, as the carrier is also left over night.

Very kind and courteous over the phone. The instructions I was given before arriving were dead on to the experience. Everything went as planned and the staff was promptly on schedule. They treated my precious kitten with care and respect and I know she is not always pleasant to deal with! All for a very affordable price. C-SNIP is great for the community!

C-Snip was such a great experience. They were polite and helpful throughout the scheduling and online process, even when I had to call to reschedule.

C-Snip was such a great experience. They were polite and helpful throughout the scheduling and online process, even when I had to call to reschedule.
They handled my cat so well. It was a bit scary leaving her there overnight, but picking her up the next day was great. They had a little how-to class upon picking them up and it was nice.
Highly recommend. Price and quality care is hard to find, and they have this here. Can't wait to donate some things to this facility. Well worth it and very impressed.

It was an amazing experience. We were very nervous on getting our Dog neutered but they made it very comfortable. From check in to check out. They even hold a session of after care for all of us at once. And to not get the dog or cats all wild they allowed us to check in one and out one by one. I would definitely return for other services or refer a friend. They have great programs for pitbuls.

This is my second time coming to c-snip. Both times were great! No problems. Our puppy is doing very well. The ONLY reason I took a star away is because it is not easy for my boyfriend and I to get days off of work. Two weeks ago we had this appt made and the day before we got a reminder and whoever I talked to said "I noticed you guys are coming from Fremont, drive safe!" So they knew we had a far drive. We left the next morning around 6:30am because the roads were so bad. We got more than half way there just to get a text saying they had to cancel their appts. I was lucky that I wasn't driving by myself, otherwise I would have never gotten that text because I wouldn't be looking at my phone while driving in such horrible weather. But we had also both taken that day off of work, so now we had to do it again. I was mostly irritated because I know we aren't the only ones who had a far drive. And I know we aren't the only ones that don't have such a flexible schedule. And that it was a text message, not a call. I will not check my phone while I am driving, especially when it's icy and I have my dog in the car, that is dangerous. Please take into consideration that these notifications should be sent out earlier or the night before for the people who have a far drive.

I had my Waffles spayed here and they provide a good service however after her surgery and recoup time she can't do the things she could do before like jump on the couch, I have to help her up. So for what's its worth, it was cheap and everyone was nice but they should have told us this might happen or or she might not be the same but at least she is alright. I'm not saying anything to dissuade you because I will go back when ever she is sick but I assume that's what happens to animals when you fix them. Place very small and crowded.

I had an exceedingly wonderful experience working with the folks at C-snip. They took great care of my pets while they spayed and neutered them and the staff was very helpful explaining the whole process to me. If you need to have your animals spayed or neutered and are working on a tight budget this organization and group of people are great to work with.

I found this clinic to be very clean, very well organized, and very good with all of the animals they handled. I loved that I can schedule an appointment online. One other thing i appreciated... during the phone health history prior to bringing my dog in, i mentioned that he is high strung and nervous and i was told he gets a sedative as soon as he is brought back into the treatment area. I am grateful they do this because i am sure this would have been frightening and stressful without that. Thorough instructions are given to the group of pet owners before going home with our animals and questions were answered very thoroughly and professionally. I don't think we would have gotten any different care or any better care at our home vet. I would absolutely recommend c-snip to anyone.

Took my boy duke there at the beginning of August and he was very relaxed going in and coming out of surgery.. Couldn't be happier now that he's fixed and they did an amazing job. He was very lazy the first few days after and that's expected but he's now back to his happy self. I have the peace of mind that if he ever got out he won't reproduce!

Wow! I was a super nervous mama dropping my Mastiff off yesterday morning at C-Snip. I even left in tears... Looking at my pup now you wouldn't even know she had a procedure. Bright eyed, happy and doesn't even acknowledge her incision site. She is neatly clipped in her 'area' with no nips, nails are trimmed nice and short, and her incision is maybe 2" long and expertly stitched. I am so grateful for the staff at C-Snip. I will absolutely be spreading the word! Thank you for providing such an excellent service to the pet community!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness that the staff showed.I recently took my new puppy to get neutered and was a little skeptical to how he would be treated at C-Snip due to their low price of service. However, I couldn't be more wrong. I got there just before 8am when they opened and there was already a line forming. Staff swiftly organised the queue and made you feel right at ease with their warm welcoming. I didn't wait long and was served by a lady who explained all the paperwork and what time I was expected to be back for collection. Upon arriving back at 4pm, I was greeted by another welcoming lady who explained that she would give a brief lesson on how to care for your pup after surgery and then will send us on our way. After leaving I was pleased with the service and comfortable to think that my dog was well looked after throughout the day!

Very good experience! The staff was extremely professional and courteous through the whole ordeal. They treated all of the animals with the utmost care.Got our female cat spayed for only $20. Yes, $20. Because of a grant they can do it this cheap in the month of February 2012 only...they have spayed/neutered over 85,000 animals, the sign in the office says! The clinic is 45 miles from my house, but well worth it as the vets over here charge $200 to do the same thing. So the double travel time doesn't really matter if you are getting that kind of savings. Had to deliver the cat at 8 am one day, and pick her up at 7:30 am the next day. Each pet will need to be in their own carrier, as the carrier is also left over night.
