Receptionists are rude. Are you seeing a trend here?..... James Innis seemed like a good vet and nice guy. Jeremy Hutchinson..... a A-- H---. I'm going to need to put my 11 week old pup into counseling after his abusive treatment. The place is dirty. Read Less

When I walked in I was never greeted by receptionist I had to approach her and she was extremely rude and seemed like she hated her job. If veterinarians knew who is working for them, I think they'd be appalled and ready to fire and hire. If reception area is rude to people, they probably will be rude with your pet. Customer Service in my opinion DOES matter. Read Less

My Suggestings and my regrets~ Last week we had to bring our Charlie (cat) in because we called them with irreversible symptoms and that we didn't know that they were irreversible. Charlie was over weight and about six months ago we put her on a diet. Then, three months ago we changed her food to Natural Balance Fat Cat Food. Then, last week I had noticed that she was staying in the same spot for a long time. Then, I noticed that she wasn't eating or drinking so, I started giving her water and barley baby cereal by a syringe. Hoping that she would get better. So, then we decided to call the vet and told them her symptoms and they said that she needed to be seen. We also told them that this would be traumatizing to her to bring her there and asked them was there anything else that we could do. They were like, no she really needs to be seen. So, we brought Charlie there to be check out and it wasn't good. I guess that I would of rather of not traumatized her basically on her last breathe and let her dye at home. The decisions of putting her to sleep was that she was so sick with irreversible symptoms and that I didn't want her to go through the trauma of the ride home. Alternative care such as a home visit is something that I would of preferred and is something that they should offer or at least referred us to someone who offers that kind of service. The vets are very nice, but not up to date. We were told that there were no allergy tests for dogs. We had been customers for over ten years. Our dog had kennel cough after having been recently vaccin... Read More
The vets are very nice, but not up to date. We were told that there were no allergy tests for dogs. We had been customers for over ten years. Our dog had kennel cough after having been recently vaccinated there. He was fighting to get air. We called on a Monday and we're told they could not see him until Friday. We were told to either try a new vet office or take him to a vet E.R. We were able to get him into the new vet in time to help him. We were also told that we could test him for allergies which we did. We also had 2 different doctors contradict one another on condition our old cat had.. Very nice doctors at reasonable prices, but knowledgeable and up to date? Try somewhere else. We had also dealt with the rude front office for far too long. Read Less

This is the best place to take your Great Dane for ear cropping! No doubt about it they do a very unique, cool cut! The best that I have seen!

Okay, so maybe the secretaries are not the friendliest people in the world, but they are not the ones caring for your beloved pet. I don't know about you, but I'm not at the vet for my own personal enjoyment, I'm there for my baby. That said, the vets are amazing. They are caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can tell they like animals, and MOST importantly, my dog does too. Boone doesn't get agitated because, 1. all animals must be left in vehicles till they are seen, 2. the office smells like animal, not hospital, and 3. The vets are friendly. And that's what really counts, right? Read Less

The amount of calls and services they perform are amazing! Prices, have you ever compared them...Financially do able! As far as some of the new staff over the years, who doesn't need advice or don't be afraid to share concerns! They answer all questions they way someone can understand and do what's best for pet and owner, THEY REALLY DO CARE! I have been going there for at least 16 years and have tried others and ALWAYS RETURNED BACK! Read Less

they do a free stool sample and $12.50 urinalysis on cats. that's the cheapest i could find by far. i don't need a fancy facility, free beverages, or a hot front desk lady. what i need is cheap reliable care for an animal that already costs me too much. these guys win. the only con is how freakin long they make you wait. we waited for a nearly an hour for the vet to show. Rudeness is contagious...the more women (staff) the worse the visit !!!!!!! Read Less

I have been bringing pets here for approx 4 years for my three pets. Every time I go in, the staff acts like they hate their jobs; they are rude and crabby and unprofessional. When I went in this week, I was the only one in line, two receptionists behind the desk, one looked at me and took her personal call before greeting or even acknowledging me - even though she was looking at me! They all need attitude adjustments. With the way the economy is today, they should be greatful to have jobs and treat customers like they ARE CUSTOMERS-not an inconvenience. Time to give my money to another vet! Read Less

When I walked in I was never greeted by receptionist I had to approach her and she was extremely rude and seemed like she hated her job. If veterinarians knew who is working for them, I think they'd be appalled and ready to fire and hire. If reception area is rude to people, they probably will be rude with your pet. Customer Service in my opinion DOES matter. Read Less

My Suggestings and my regrets~ Last week we had to bring our Charlie (cat) in because we called them with irreversible symptoms and that we didn't know that they were irreversible. Charlie was over weight and about six months ago we put her on a diet. Then, three months ago we changed her food to Natural Balance Fat Cat Food. The vets are very nice, but not up to date. We were told that there were no allergy tests for dogs. We had been customers for over ten years. Okay, so maybe the secretaries are not the friendliest people in the world, but they are not the ones caring for your beloved pet. I don't know about you, but I'm not at the vet for my own personal enjoyment, I'm there for my baby. That said, the vets are amazing. They are caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can tell they like animals, and MOST importantly, my dog does too. I have been bringing pets here for approx 4 years for my three pets. Every time I go in, the staff acts like they hate their jobs; they are rude and crabby and unprofessional. When I went in this week, I was the only one in line, two receptionists behind the desk, one looked at me and took her personal call before greeting or even acknowledging me - even though she was looking at me!
