They have taken remarkable care of my dog Chyna who had gone through so much in her old age. They were so compassionate and caring and I can't thank them enough. Went to meet and fill out an application on a puppy we were interested in. Got there and they didn't even know what we were there for so we had to explain. Proceeded to wait an hr to meet the puppy. Then I asked how long it would take to hear back. They said 1-2 days. Called back two days later and they said no board members in call back on Monday. Called on Monday still no board members. They said they would call me. Wait 3 more days. It had now been a week since my family had seen the puppy. Call back on Thursday all the puppies had been adopted asked to talk to someone who knew why we weren't notified she said no one is in right now... again. She said it was first come first serve basis and they never told us another family was also interested in the dog. My husband runs a buisness and this definitely not how you run one. Now my 4 year olds heart is broken bc he thought we would be bringing this puppy home and picked out a name and now I had to tell him someone else got to bring him home. Save yourself the heart break and go somewhere else where they actual know how to call people back and let you know what is going on. Read Less

We adopted a Yorkshire Terrier Puppy from here. Dr. Kelley is a wonderful vet and gives so many helpful tips. The staff is all so friendly, we switched my cat from another vet to here because it was cheaper and more friendly, a smaller clinic. The staff is all wonderful. Read Less

My cat had a small tumor removed and is fine now. I appreciated being informed about the pricing and options, and how gentle they were with my cat the whole time - that kept her stress at a minimum. The staff and Dr.'s are friendly and the pricing is reasonable. Read Less
