I came across this vet on the Royal Canine website. They carry my dog's prescribed food.
Location was easy to find. Parking on the other hand is a hassle, find parking on the street. Waiting room is small. You have to pay for parking.
I took my dog to get checked because she had a lump on one of her nipples. (Aug 30)
The consult rooms are small as well. They did not examine my dog in the room. They took us to the back where they have a table that lifts up. No place to sit. Not convenient at all.
The entire interaction with the vet was very unpleasant. I did not address that at that time because I wanted to give the place a chance. She continued to examine my dog. She looked at my dog's mouth. She exclaimed that my dog's gums were inflamed and that need to get taken care of.
She then continue to lecture me on the importance of having my dog on heartworm preventative. Which I agree. But I didnt need to be scolded about it. I ended up buying two months worth of preventative that day.
They took a sample of the liquid in the lump for testing. Attached you will see the invoice for the consult.
About a week later I received results. (Sept 10) When I wanted to schedule the appointment for the dental cleaning to address the inflammation I was told that I had to be scheduled out to the end of October.
I thought that was ridiculous since at this point I noticed that my dog was starting to have issues with her teeth and during the examination the vet seemed super concerned about it. On Sept 11 I received a voicemail that the vet tech had sent a message to the vet to give me a call about pain meds meanwhile we waited for the dental procedure.
Its sept 17th and I never heard back from the vet.
On top of that the 2-3 times that I called it would take them 5 mins to figure out who I was. They could never find me on their system. Complained that they had my name misspelled or that they couldn't find my dog. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
Why write this novel for a review.? Well I didnt want to give them a bad review without explaining the issues and experience I had with them.. Thanks for reading!
To the clinic, I dont need an explanation nor an apology. It's too late for that. I guess my dog's needs and well being was not of concern at your clinic.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient and great with my very anxious cats. The vet answered all my questions and took appropriate amount of time examining them. Very happy I found them and will bring my dog and cats back. Wish going to the vet didn't cost so much money in general but pets cost money, love that they have the vaccine for life program.

Recently became a dad to 2 kittens. Brought one of the boys in for a check up and the other to help calm his brother. The staff were super friendly and the boys loved them. They got some toys afterwards that they immediately started playing with and havent stopped since.

The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate! They skillfully handled my cranky and intimidating 13 yr old cat without apprehension, and spoke to us without condescension. They wisely offered an affordable solution for treatment the morning after an emergency vet insisted – and nearly convinced us – that euthanasia was the only option. I was so happy to hear they are a sister location to the Wyoming Animal Hospital where I've had great experiences with my pets in the past. Novia is back normal again and we'll be bringing our dog in soon for his check-up. Thank you!

I was a customer of this animal clinic, only briefly. Of last year. Looking to get my dog checked for heart worms, and they want to charge outrageous prices. $83 dollars for heart worm check, and fecal tests for intestinal parasites, and to top it all off, $15 per pill for heart worms. That is a bit much for medication. So the question was asked if they could give us a written prescription so we could get the heart worm medication elsewhere. They beat around the bush giving excuses that they weren't sure how much it was going to be and that if it was written up it would have to be ordered online.
After the frustration of getting nowhere with the receptionist, she decided to take this up with the manager. She said that they were cancelling the appointment and they would ship our records elsewhere. Talk about a chaotic mess. No communication, giving the run around, unprofessional Animal Hospital. I do not recommend bringing your animal(s) to the place.

We were referred here by our vet to see an ophthalmologist-vet on a Saturday. I was very impressed by both the vet and the tech doubling as weekend receptionist. I was greeted immediately -- by the vet at the desk, since the tech was tied up. The tech checked on me a couple of times while we were waiting for my cat's eyes to dilate. The vet thoroughly explained what she was doing & her findings -- even drew me diagrams! If I ever need a new vet, this clinic will be the one.

Took him back last week they did X-rays and said it looks fine but he has lost 12 pounds. But "everything came back normal." $1000 bill and a week later my dog dies. Wish they would have looked harder!

Pete was hurt. Amanda got us in on a moment's notice. Pete was treated and we don't have to worry about emergency care center. My fur friends and I have been going here for 20+ years. Dr Coffman was amazing when my Persian got fatty liver disease. Emergency vet wrote her off as a goner. Dr Coffman pulled us through it and we had another 9 years together. Highly recommend. Always willing to help!!!!

I drive from Battle Creek to see Dr. Coffman. She is one of the best veterinarians I have taken my pets too. The vaccine for life program has save me a lot of money. Dr Coffman also recommend pet insurance and that has helped me when my dog, Zoey, hurt her knee. I have only seen Dr Coffman and been amazed on how she is with Zoey. She has helped me stop a fear biting problem and work on weight loss goal with me. I can trust she has Zoey's best health interests in mind. They have amazing staff and doctors. It is worth the drive!

Outstanding and Compassionate. These are the two words that come to mind when I think about the staff at Wyoming Animal Hospital. The front staff has the best customer service I have seen by far. Each member I have seen greets each person by name when walking in the door. Hearing them on the phone when I have been in the lobby waiting is impressive. They truly care about what is going on with your pet and want to find the best time frame for you in their schedule. They alway...s have a smile on their face and can instantly switch to easing a panic owner when a trauma walks in the door. Personally, I have worked with each doctor at this office with our two dogs and three cats. Everyone has been outstanding. They have an amazing program we got all our pets on called vaccines for life. It's $125 one time only fee, on each pet, to cover all the core vaccines for the rest of their lives. I had saved us hundreds. However, I cannot express how much we love one doctor in particular. Dr. Coffman is amazing. She truly cares about your pet like they are her own. She has been there for our animals multiple times when they have been critically ill. She has handle each pet with grace, kindness, and compassion. We have seen her through emergencies when our puppy was ill and we have seen her through wellness exams for routine vaccinations. She is an amazing veterinarian and human being. I wouldn't recommend any other veterinary clinic in the area. These doctors are always researching and finding the best procedures, protocols, and medications for your pet. All the folks here know us by name, know our pets, and truly care about how we are doing as a family. See More

The veterinary staff is responsive, caring, and very knowledgeable, and they treat my pets like their own. I've been a client at two other area clinics, and the expertise, compassion and personalized treatment at Wealthy Street Animal Hospital is without comparison. Appointments run on-time, reception staff is helpful and friendly, and the doctors take time in each appointment to answer questions and be thorough. I have a very anxious, reactive dog who had been muzzled and restrained at another clinic in order to receive treatment. WSAH took the time to earn my dog's trust and was able to treat him without issue on our very first appointment.

The first time I brought my dog here we had an absolutely wonderful experience and the staff was both friendly and helpful. However, this past visit I was really dissatisfied with the service. The vet came into the room and did not address my dog at all until it was time for him to be examined. My dog is scared of the vet, like a lot of other dogs, and she just squatted down and reached out her hand. He growled in response since she never took the time to get to know him and just expected him to respond to her. As soon as he growled she demanded that he be put in a muzzle. My dog has never needed a muzzle and when I tried to explain that she needs to get on his level and talk to him a little bit for him to get comfortable with her, she refused to listen. $55 later my dog was never even examined and she offered to just pump him full of meds. I definitely will not be going back again.

Wealthy Street Animal Hospital is a friendly, no nonsense, affordable and convenient full service veterinary clinic. I switched over from my previous vet with absolutely no regrets. My dogs enjoy going and have received excellent care, including an optimal exam for a pet who has gone blind as well as dental cleaning. An expensive treatment like cleaning was handled expertly with a rate quote and explanation. Even before & after photos!

This place is the best i absolutely love them . Very quaint and the vet and techs are so caring and gentle with your pet and they are affordable and have a program that allows you 10 free visits with your pet to get them acclimated to the vet and surroundings to lessen anxiety and stress for your pets so lots of petting ,love and treats ! They also have two kitties that live there so if you like lots of kitty love then look out for Edgar he is a sweet heart :) Oh they also have a separate entrance for cats and dogs plus lots of cool products to buy . So bring your fur babies you wont be disappointed :)

Originally, I made an appointment here because I wasn't able to get into my regular vet at the last minute. After about 5min. into my appointment, I knew that my "regular vet" was a thing of the past, and I promptly had all of my dog's records faxed over. Wealthy Street Animal Hospital was the only place I was ever going to bring my pets to again!! I LOVE THEM! Everyone here is AMAZING, from the doctor to the receptionist!!
They made my dog their #1 priority, even though it was late in the day (and I'm sure they were all ready to go home). This made me feel happy and comfortable being there. They were not at all like some places where the doctor is in and out of the room in less than 5min. They spent time with us so they could get to the REAL root of the problem and give a true diagnosis, rather than a guess or assumption. Their obvious knowledge of the situation and genuine love for animals is way beyond what I have experienced at other vets/clinics. They spent a significant amount of time with me and my dog, explained and answered every question I had (and then some...) in a thorough manner, and gave me a variety of options to choose from to best deal with the problem.
I would 100% recommend The Wealthy Street Animal Hospital to anyone with pets! There is a side for cats and a side for dogs. Their office is very clean and inviting, and every person there is friendly, kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. You will not be let down. They are the BEST!! Thank you!

I had a great first time experience at the Wyoming Animal Hospital. I felt like I was among friends, in the first few minutes. They treated everyone's pet, like they would their own. Very pleasant experience.. Thank you all for putting up with my nerves, as an older person with her first pet/companion. I was very impressed with how you handled a contiagous dog, making sure all other dogs were safe.

My sincere appreciation and gratitude for everything you do for my "furry" children. While we were transitioning to Grand Rapids one of my furry kids had got very sick, very quickly. The receptionist was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, helping to calm me down and understand the next steps. They fit us in at the end of a night, stayed until after hours and everyone was sincerely concerned about my furry kid, even the staff that could have left stayed. Dr. Coffman was on a mission, you could almost see the determination she had to make sure we would be able to get my little girl back to her naughty self. They explained so much to me and made me feel like they cared as much as I did. Dr.Coffman, in my opinion, went above that of any veterinarian that I have ever had. After a few weeks on the medication and although improving, my baby was still not herself. I received a follow up call and went back in. Dr. Coffman explained a few options and helped me to see the benefits in every one. Because of all that you did, my furry girl is back to to being as naughty as ever! Thank you all for everything you do and the care you have for my kids.

Took both my cats here and it went great each time. Nervous about one of my cats since she is a super scaredy cat and I didnt know if she would lash out. But the staff there made both my cats feel safe and loved. Their rates are also good even when I had to go as an emergency for one of my cats. Love this place.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for everyone at Wyoming Animal Hospital. They have been there every time we have a concern or worry about our puppy over the past year. Through all her up and downs they have always looked for the best treatments and care for her. If you want personal, high quality, compassionate care - look no further. All the veterinarians and staff here are wonderful. They work together and are one giant family. Dr. Coffman has been there for our animals and for our family during rough times. She provides the best medical care and you really see her passion show. I will never go anywhere else for our animals care and wouldn't recommend any other veterinarian. Thank you Wyoming Animal Hospital family for everything you do. We love you! Meeka, Aspen, Kinley, Hadley, and Harvey.

The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate! They skillfully handled my cranky and intimidating 13 yr old cat without apprehension, and spoke to us without condescension. They wisely offered an affordable solution for treatment the morning after an emergency vet insisted – and nearly convinced us – that euthanasia was the only option. I was so happy to hear they are a sister location to the Wyoming Animal Hospital where I've had great experiences with my pets in the past. Novia is back normal again and we'll be bringing our dog in soon for his check-up. Thank you!

I was a customer of this animal clinic, only briefly. Of last year. Looking to get my dog checked for heart worms, and they want to charge outrageous prices. $83 dollars for heart worm check, and fecal tests for intestinal parasites, and to top it all off, $15 per pill for heart worms. That is a bit much for medication. So the question was asked if they could give us a written prescription so we could get the heart worm medication elsewhere. They beat around the bush giving excuses that they weren't sure how much it was going to be and that if it was written up it would have to be ordered online.
After the frustration of getting nowhere with the receptionist, she decided to take this up with the manager. She said that they were cancelling the appointment and they would ship our records elsewhere. Talk about a chaotic mess. No communication, giving the run around, unprofessional Animal Hospital. I do not recommend bringing your animal(s) to the place.

We were referred here by our vet to see an ophthalmologist-vet on a Saturday. I was very impressed by both the vet and the tech doubling as weekend receptionist. I was greeted immediately -- by the vet at the desk, since the tech was tied up. The tech checked on me a couple of times while we were waiting for my cat's eyes to dilate. The vet thoroughly explained what she was doing & her findings -- even drew me diagrams! If I ever need a new vet, this clinic will be the one.

Pete was hurt. Amanda got us in on a moment's notice. Pete was treated and we don't have to worry about emergency care center. My fur friends and I have been going here for 20+ years. Dr Coffman was amazing when my Persian got fatty liver disease. Emergency vet wrote her off as a goner. Dr Coffman pulled us through it and we had another 9 years together. Highly recommend. Always willing to help!!!!

I drive from Battle Creek to see Dr. Coffman. She is one of the best veterinarians I have taken my pets too. The vaccine for life program has save me a lot of money. Dr Coffman also recommend pet insurance and that has helped me when my dog, Zoey, hurt her knee. I have only seen Dr Coffman and been amazed on how she is with Zoey. She has helped me stop a fear biting problem and work on weight loss goal with me. I can trust she has Zoey's best health interests in mind. They have amazing staff and doctors. It is worth the drive!

Outstanding and Compassionate. These are the two words that come to mind when I think about the staff at Wyoming Animal Hospital. The front staff has the best customer service I have seen by far. Each member I have seen greets each person by name when walking in the door. Hearing them on the phone when I have been in the lobby waiting is impressive. They truly care about what is going on with your pet and want to find the best time frame for you in their schedule. They alway...s have a smile on their face and can instantly switch to easing a panic owner when a trauma walks in the door. Personally, I have worked with each doctor at this office with our two dogs and three cats. Everyone has been outstanding. They have an amazing program we got all our pets on called vaccines for life. It's $125 one time only fee, on each pet, to cover all the core vaccines for the rest of their lives. I had saved us hundreds. However, I cannot express how much we love one doctor in particular. Dr. Coffman is amazing. She truly cares about your pet like they are her own. She has been there for our animals multiple times when they have been critically ill. She has handle each pet with grace, kindness, and compassion. We have seen her through emergencies when our puppy was ill and we have seen her through wellness exams for routine vaccinations. She is an amazing veterinarian and human being. I wouldn't recommend any other veterinary clinic in the area. These doctors are always researching and finding the best procedures, protocols, and medications for your pet. The veterinary staff is responsive, caring, and very knowledgeable, and they treat my pets like their own. I've been a client at two other area clinics, and the expertise, compassion and personalized treatment at Wealthy Street Animal Hospital is without comparison. Appointments run on-time, reception staff is helpful and friendly, and the doctors take time in each appointment to answer questions and be thorough. I have a very anxious, reactive dog who had been muzzled and restrained at another clinic in order to receive treatment. WSAH took the time to earn my dog's trust and was able to treat him without issue on our very first appointment.

The first time I brought my dog here we had an absolutely wonderful experience and the staff was both friendly and helpful. However, this past visit I was really dissatisfied with the service. The vet came into the room and did not address my dog at all until it was time for him to be examined. My dog is scared of the vet, like a lot of other dogs, and she just squatted down and reached out her hand. He growled in response since she never took the time to get to know him and just expected him to respond to her. As soon as he growled she demanded that he be put in a muzzle. My dog has never needed a muzzle and when I tried to explain that she needs to get on his level and talk to him a little bit for him to get comfortable with her, she refused to listen. $55 later my dog was never even examined and she offered to just pump him full of meds. I definitely will not be going back again.

My dogs enjoy going and have received excellent care, including an optimal exam for a pet who has gone blind as well as dental cleaning. An expensive treatment like cleaning was handled expertly with a rate quote and explanation. Even before & after photos!

This place is the best i absolutely love them . Very quaint and the vet and techs are so caring and gentle with your pet and they are affordable and have a program that allows you 10 free visits with your pet to get them acclimated to the vet and surroundings to lessen anxiety and stress for your pets so lots of petting ,love and treats ! They also have two kitties that live there so if you like lots of kitty love then look out for Edgar he is a sweet heart :) Oh they also have a separate entrance for cats and dogs plus lots of cool products to buy . So bring your fur babies you wont be disappointed :)

Originally, I made an appointment here because I wasn't able to get into my regular vet at the last minute. After about 5min. into my appointment, I knew that my "regular vet" was a thing of the past, and I promptly had all of my dog's records faxed over. Wealthy Street Animal Hospital was the only place I was ever going to bring my pets to again!! I LOVE THEM! Everyone here is AMAZING, from the doctor to the receptionist!!
They made my dog their #1 priority, even though it was late in the day (and I'm sure they were all ready to go home). This made me feel happy and comfortable being there. They were not at all like some places where the doctor is in and out of the room in less than 5min. They spent time with us so they could get to the REAL root of the problem and give a true diagnosis, rather than a guess or assumption. Their obvious knowledge of the situation and genuine love for animals is way beyond what I have experienced at other vets/clinics. They spent a significant amount of time with me and my dog, explained and answered every question I had (and then some...) in a thorough manner, and gave me a variety of options to choose from to best deal with the problem.
I would 100% recommend The Wealthy Street Animal Hospital to anyone with pets! There is a side for cats and a side for dogs. Their office is very clean and inviting, and every person there is friendly, kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. You will not be let down. They are the BEST!! Thank you!

My sincere appreciation and gratitude for everything you do for my "furry" children. While we were transitioning to Grand Rapids one of my furry kids had got very sick, very quickly. The receptionist was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, helping to calm me down and understand the next steps. They fit us in at the end of a night, stayed until after hours and everyone was sincerely concerned about my furry kid, even the staff that could have left stayed. Dr. Coffman was on a mission, you could almost see the determination she had to make sure we would be able to get my little girl back to her naughty self. They explained so much to me and made me feel like they cared as much as I did. Dr.Coffman, in my opinion, went above that of any veterinarian that I have ever had. After a few weeks on the medication and although improving, my baby was still not herself. I received a follow up call and went back in. Dr. Coffman explained a few options and helped me to see the benefits in every one. Because of all that you did, my furry girl is back to to being as naughty as ever! Thank you all for everything you do and the care you have for my kids.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for everyone at Wyoming Animal Hospital. They have been there every time we have a concern or worry about our puppy over the past year. Through all her up and downs they have always looked for the best treatments and care for her. If you want personal, high quality, compassionate care - look no further. All the veterinarians and staff here are wonderful. They work together and are one giant family. Dr. Coffman has been there for our animals and for our family during rough times. She provides the best medical care and you really see her passion show. I will never go anywhere else for our animals care and wouldn't recommend any other veterinarian. Thank you Wyoming Animal Hospital family for everything you do. We love you! Meeka, Aspen, Kinley, Hadley, and Harvey.
