Dr. Henn was great, and Amber is a wonderful tech as well. We had such a great conversation during our last visit, and both were wonderfully welcoming and professional. Dr. Henn also performed a tooth extraction a few months ago, and they made my 9 year old Cattle Dog very comfortable. So I can attest to good work over multiple visits. Amber is also trained in creating a positive environment for dogs that may struggle with fear or anxiety, which isn't an issue with my own dog, but should definitely be of note for anyone in that situation. I have familiarity with that kind of work, and I can definitely attest to both her and Dr. Henn's very positive habits for dealing properly with dogs. Thanks again to the Westwood team. They truly care about my cats and will work with me to come up with the best solutions to my problems that are within my price range. Spent a bunch of money for nothing basically and my cat looked traumatized after a 3 hour visit.and the lady vet tech was ruff with my baby. grabbing my cats front neck I didn't think she was a good handler. I Will I find a more gentle vet. in my opinion pets are family members and should be treated like baby's. Read Less

We would not take our fur babies anywhere else. I greatly appreciate the follow up calls after procedures and illness. They also provide as much of a stress free environment as possible for cats. Our dogs are treated with great dignity, respect and care here. The staff recognizes the fact our pets are not just pets, but actual family members.
