Every year i order bravecta which is done online. they have to call vet . my vet denied this flea medicine because they want me to bring in the dogs every year even if there is nothing wrong with them. Thanks a whole bunch for letting your clients know in advance that they need to come in 1x year .......going back to SouthKent Vet where they actually have consideration and followup with their clients.

These people really are all about the animals. Very respectful and kind, helpful and flexible. I had to take all 3 of my kids and they were very nice to my children and included them in the appointment, letting them help and ask questions. At the end of the appointment, I was blown away by the affordability. They make going to the vet not only a pleasant experience, but an extremely reasonably priced one.

She doesn't do as requested!Once again she has cut her ears to short and uneven! This is not the first time I have had issues, but it is the last time!! The groomer (whom I've never met) claimed she was really matted, and she WAS NOT really matted!! I have her groomed every 6 to 7 weeks! She obviously doesn't care about what the customer want some!! I'm SO done with that groomer!!

I love our vet! We've been seeing Dr. Clark for years and him and the staff have taken amazing care of our cat kiddos. From routine checkups, shots and neutering to emergent care and long term illness (we had a cat die last year of cancer). I couldn't speak more highly of how caring and wonderful they treat us and our furry family.

I have a 14 year old Chesapeake retriever named "seven" it is hard for her to get around. I went to other clinic for 14 years on 44th and Byron center road. They wanted to to 500 dollar's of tests on my poor old girl and refused to give medication otherwise. Dr. Clarke managed to do the needed tests and provided the medication for her. This man cares about pets! Not about the big bucks. $120 dollars in tests and medication and seven is old but, now she moves around like she is 11 years again.

This clinic has been amazing so far, they try their best to not over-treat, and I feel like that means they also don't over-charge. They are kind and caring too. When I call and say my dog's breed and name, they know him right away, and on multiple occasions they have fit Mr. Pickles in on the same day I call if he isn't feeling well. They recommend other ER clinics, and other vets if they need to, and the staff is always so sincere in their care and concern for my little man. I could not recommend them enough to someone who is going through the joys of caring for a new puppy!
