Called to get prices and Emily was very rude and short let alone their computers were down which I realize is not their fault but the tone in her voice sounded like she was annoyed with the questions I was asking that had to do with my dog that is going to be having puppies. I took my dog in for a dental appointment. Everything went very well at first. He had to have 9 teeth removed and the rest cleaned. Everyone was very nice and professional and really cared about my dog so they are greets in that aspect. So now, about 5 months later, his left cheek is swollen and tender to the touch. I lifted up his lip and his back molar looks like it wasn’t even touched! I have contacted another vet and they said it sounds like he has a root abscess and it will most likely have to be removed ASAP. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? After I spent right around $1,300 to have this poor dogs teeth taken care of, or so i thought, we’re basically right back at square one. I am absolutely livid. I will not be coming back to this vet office because it was a waste of my time and my money to come here when I could have gotten it taken care of the correct way the first time around if I would have just taken him to his original vet in our told town where we used to live. Lesson learned!! Also I told my other vet office how much it was and they said I paid entirely too much money for the procedure...great. I brought my shih tzu/ terrier in for a booster shot on the 6th of February. Mind you she had no problems walking, but 2 days later she lost all mobility in her hind legs... The Vet checked her out and was checking her hind legs she pulled on the right leg and my friend and I both heard a pop.. It was a touch and go for her for the first 72 hours.My dog is still having a hard time with stairs, She still has pain when she gets up. I have never had a problem with this vet until now.My friend and I are very protective of her and because of this incident neither she nor my new pup will be taken to this vet.. Sorry Read Less

I took my cat here after he became limp in his hind legs. They took x-rays and didn't see anything and diagnosed him with a bladder infection since his cell count was off in his urine. He died the very next day.... Hard to cope since I feel like they missed something that could of kept him alive or did more testing, not normal for a cats legs to stop working :( Read Less

This is such a great vet's office. I've taken a few pets here and they du etch a good job here. They care any the animals so much, and they also are good at getting them in for appointments. My sisters dog was extremely sick and they did everything they possibly could for him - he ended up having surgery for a blockage and that even cut off some of her vet bills. What a nice place. This clinic is staffed with wonderful caring people whom understand that your pet is family not just an animal. We are so thankful we found them. They have helped us in happy times and emergencies. This office is very focused on your pet as an Individual. Our big dog Sammy has never been a fan of the vets office. Very timid, scared, and even would shake a bit just out of fear. He is 5 now and been going there his whole life. This office has always listen to ME when I tell them, please go slow, he's very scared. They've always listened to what I had to say, let him warm up, and just give him some space for a minute before just reaching to pet him or work on him when he's scared. He has had a couple procedures done in his life and injuries along the way but most recently he had knee Surgery with Dr. B. Now, surgery aside I fully trusted the capabilities of this amazing staff. What I worried about was my baby boy spending the night where he was very scared and in pain and just a fur mamas nightmare. HOWEVER, this office was SO amazing to me and my Sammy during this time. Calling me before, during, and after the procedure, letting me bring Sammys pillow with him to have in his Kennel and our favorite vet assistant telling me she sat with him for a while after his surgery when he was scared made me just MELT. This staff is not JUST about 1+1=2. They have ALWAYS seen Sammy for the individual he is and me for the crazy dog mom I am, and gave us the time, and up most care ALWAYS . They'll answer your questions and give you advice if that's all you need too. Sammy will be a patient of Dr B's for the long haul. I'm so glad that me and husband felt so comfortable spending quite a bit of needed money on surgery knowing that this was the right thing to do, and that he would be well taken care of. My boyfriend took our dog there and they insulted our training (our dog is extremely well mannered). He also came home with a case of kennel cough! He sat and waited for almost an hour and the had no solutions for the reason why we brought him there and on top of it he catches kennel cough! I do not recommend this clinic! Read Less

My dog absolutely loves his visits to this office and that's enough to make me love them too. I have never had any issues with the doctors or staff. They have worked us in for last minute visits multiple times and have never made us feel like an inconvenience for it. They even call after every non-routine visit to follow up and see how he is doing. They truly care about our four-legged family members and I couldn't ask for a better veterinary office! on the opposite note I have went to town and country for over ten years and they saved my dogs life she has disk disease and was paralyzed and they got her back to 90 percent without surgey. Dr b better know as Dr pete would never run away from you. They may be a little more expensive but you get quality care and arent your pets worth it. I will not take my pets anywhere eles and dr pete is who I request because he is that good and will explain everything to you and all the options. so if all you want is a cheep fix for your pet dont take them to town and country because you will get quality loving care there. Very unorganized-misplace records.Took our newly adopted 8 yr old collie in because her 2 canine teeth were bleeding.Just had her teeth cleaned in December from her previous owners vet& had them give her all her vaccinations-they were much cleaper that T & C.When Dr Blinkilde examed her, he said her gums were too bad -it would be best to have her upper canines pulled so we took their 1st appointment which was with a different vet.Dr B told us he could keep it under $200. complete with anitbiotics.When we brought her in early the morning of surgery-went over everything with the tech including that since Dr B spayed her 1-08 she was UTD -needed no pre-op tests . We also went over what we were there for-to have her 2 teeth pulled.Called to see how itwent at 2:00 pm, they told us good news, no teeth needed pulling! Then when asked how much the bill came to they said $310! And they didn't even do what we came to do!They only cleaned her teeth! & they gave a 3 year rabies shot &parvo/distemper! I told them we had just had this done and we had hand delivered all her records.They said ""Well, they didn't get in the computer so we gave her the shots but if you want, I can ask about having the $57. charges removed from the bill."" I asked why it cost so much & they said the antibiotics are $110.I asked why so expensive and they said because her gums and teeth are so bad. I told them that's why Dr B was going to pull the two canines & they said they thought she was just in to have her teeth cleaned!Got bill reduced to $185 ,a less costly antibiotic-didn't pay for the unnecessary vaccinations.We went to pick up our dog, Dr B was in the lobby talking to someone but when he saw us he quickly went in the back room to avoid talking to us.Poor dog couldn't stand up & didn't even know us! I spent the night on the floor by her crate -had to keep checking that she was breathing! 30 hours later,she was able to stand and go potty without falling down.
