Went for routine care (checkup/vax) on cats I'm taking care of for awhile for a family member. One developed a problem the following week (probably triggered but not caused by the vaccines). Now have completed a course of treatment. So I went from being a newbie to a "regular" inside of two weeks. Here's what I noticed. Phones are answered by friendly people who make you feel welcome right away. Appointments are available within just a few days if you need them. Vet tech Gary is professional, friendly, helpful. Dr. Luedke listens and observes carefully....what you say, what you don't say. She remembers details from one appointment to the next (I've so become accustomed to having to repeat things with providers...human and animal health care alike.) She makes recommendations honestly (hard to articulate what I mean, but I felt she approached me with candor and frankness, but with no salesy, nor judgey/shamey stuff attached). She's sensitive to where people may be coming from with budget and time pressures. She's on top of every detail in that place and managing it in real time but as the client you don't feel (moderate to heavy multitasking) taking away from the attention your animal is getting. When the cat with the trouble improved significantly after 3 visits + laser treatments, she told me I could stop coming in as long as it continued to improve (and cancel 4 appointments I had booked or anticipated to complete the projected course of treatment). Miki at the counter is a gem, she's personable and thoughtful and thorough. Thanks Broadway team, we will be back.

Our dog is very stranger shy. I remind them when I take him in. They are great with him. Go really slow and offer treats. They don't push or try to rush. Unless he has to have surgery they let me stay...

Very, very poor compassion for animals.....! it is sad when you call a vet for a dog that is in pain, and they say since the dog has a bill with an old owner !!WHO PREVIOUSLY OWNED HER!! could not be seen. That is fine I will get a different vet for her as shes needing emergency treatment, but where this turns into a real disappointment, is then that when I asked of another vet in the area that could treat her asap, told me that no I can't tell you anything or give you any information on vets near by. Well alrighty, looks like Ill be taking my TEN YEARS OF SENDING people your way, to another vet thats more for the animals. Makes me sick.

Awesome people that go above and beyond to help animals. Helped my dog in a emergency situation. I wasn't a patient! She did surgery on my dog and stayed open late when no other vet clinic would make time for us. Fixed my dog right up. We switched to broadway. They have a great love for animals.

Took 3 of my kitties (barn rescues) in for neutering and shots.I was very impressed by the sweet techs and office personnel.They treated my cats like the babies they are and not like items on a convey...

Can't say enough kind things about Broadway Vet Clinic. Dr Leudke met me after office hours today to take care of my sick kitty Franki. And she took her time and didn't rush through any of the procedures that had to be done. And she was very clear about what I should watch for after we got home. My Franki is already feeling tons better.

So we have 14 days until we know if Annabelle'seye is savable...I'm pretty unhappy with the Vet that I was recommended to.Broadway Vet Clinic .....3 weeks ago I took my girl in with a scratched cornea...
So we have 14 days until we know if Annabelle'seye is savable...I'm pretty unhappy with the Vet that I was recommended to.Broadway Vet Clinic .....3 weeks ago I took my girl in with a scratched cornea and the Vet handed me to different types of drops to put in her eyes...Never stitched the eye shut nor did she put a cone on her! Annabelle ended up rubbing her eye on the floor and ruptured it....so I called the Vet and she said to bring her back in, so I did.....she looked at the eye...cleaned it and sent us on our way....well I took her to the The Hart Animal Hospital and they took her in right away....put stitches in her eye so she wont open it put a cone on her and did the blood drops....well that's what should have been done 3 weeks ago!!!! Now is her eye savable? They said it's 50/50 at this point and the eye should have been stitched shut right away.......I'm not happy with my old Vet at all & will never take her back there!!! Need some puppy prayers for my baby.......14 day's of wondering if she will be able to keep her eye :(

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for several years when my Border Collie buddy went into seizure that he wasn't able to be brought out of on a memorial day weekend when I called the number I was called back right away and Dr luedke spent a few hours with us. Went for routine care (checkup/vax) on cats I'm taking care of for awhile for a family member. One developed a problem the following week (probably triggered but not caused by the vaccines). Now have completed a course of treatment. So I went from being a newbie to a "regular" inside of two weeks. Here's what I noticed. Can't say enough kind things about Broadway Vet Clinic. Dr Leudke met me after office hours today to take care of my sick kitty Franki. And she took her time and didn't rush through any of the procedures that had to be done. And she was very clear about what I should watch for after we got home. My Franki is already feeling tons better.
