EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!! Don't take your animal here unless you would like to be out about 10x more than necessary. I was quoted almost 3 times higher for a procedure here than anywhere else. It will be cheaper for me to drive the long distance back to where I used to live and go to my old vet than spend the money going to this one. The positive reviews must be from people who work there. I took my Pekingese in for chiropractic therapy. Dr. Mary Lindamood was wonderful! She is very informative and best of all, Romeo was feeling quite spry afterwards and even gave her a few thank you kisses. They got him in right away and took care of his pinched back. do not go to howell animal hospital. they are all about charging you for every little thing and they don't care about your pet. for them to take a cotton ball and wipe the ear to clean it will cost you $45. they charged me the $45 plus office visit plus medicine to look at my dogs minor ear infection. about 1 hour after the appointment they called me and said i need you to drive back to the office we under charged you $50! what a joke so got back in the car and drove back so they could get more money. then i called back to the office and advised the meds didn't work now they want me to come in and pay for another office visit to verify that he still has an ear infection. this place is the worst. i'll never go back and have told all of our friends stay away.
