We really liked this clinic to begin with, but they severed all ties with us when they were not there for us when we needed them. We had to take our dog to another veterinary clinic who was able to get us in much sooner than this one who was supposed to be there for us, and the other clinic discovered that our dog had to have surgery to have a potentially cancerous mass removed from her foot. She is only six months old. Let’s just say that you would be best advised to find care for your pet elsewhere.

The staff at Georgetown is amazing! We couldn’t ask for kinder staff, wiser vets, or a friendlier atmosphere. They really care for your pets as much as you do. Our fur baby required emergency surgery to remove an obstruction - everyone was extremely friendly, they stayed late to perform the surgery, and kept us up to date on his progress. He’s in the process of making a full recovery and there is no doubt in my mind it’s because of the care that he received at Georgetown.

Called with our sick dog at 6pm, fully expecting to get an appointment in a day or two. Told to come in asap, even though they were booked till closing. Took Sidney right in, did a complete and total diagnosis and extensive work before treatment. We left the Hospital at 8:30pm! Cannot thank Dr. Good and the entire staff! enough! We recommend Georgetown to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with my dog being in their care. The vet was very informative on what was going on. However, we did have one scheduling issue where there was a mix up over appointment times, but we were quickly able to get my dog in for another appointment.

I was very disappointed with this clinic. My daughter took her dog there, so I called to make an appt for my sick chihuahua; because he would be a new patient, their first appt was in two weeks. I asked them if my dog was sick, can't he be seen sooner and was told very rudely no. Jelsema vet clinic took Coco in the next day. I think an office that won't see a sick dog in a timely manner, must not care much for animals. We need an office that cares.

This was probably the worst vet I have ever been to. And I've lived all around the country. They don't care about the animals, they just care about making money. I had brought my deaf dog here to have a tooth extracted, they performed the surgery and we brought her home. During her recovery she became very aggressive toward our other dog. We had just moved to the area and thought the environment might have been the cause. Well then she started excessive chewing on super out of the ordinary objects and broke another tooth. We decided to bring her to another vet because Georgetown animal hospital was very unprofessional when giving my dogs their last immunization shots. Taking one away to give it and keeping one in the waiting room to receive their immunization. So we took her to The Anima Medical Center of Wyoming to get the other tooth removed and they called every step of the way. Come to find out Georgetown never removed her whole first tooth they said they extracted. They broke the tooth off at the gums and stitched up her mouth and called it good. Her mouth was so infected that The Animal Medical Center of Wyoming said she must have been in excruciating pain for the months that had gone by with us thinking she was healed from a procedure that only made her in more pain. I would NEVER recommend going to this vet. I'm just happy to have found a vet that cares about my animals at the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming. If they couldn't have done the procedure correctly or didn't know how, they should have stated that before we had the procedure done. We would have taken my poor dog somewhere else.

I started out with my teddy bear mix about 5/6 years ago with them and since got a lab/Shepard mix whom I took elsewhere, she had chronic ear infections and 'allergies' along with it which the other vet said, but didn't give me any extra options other than said 'it's just allergies!' , well I needed to know to what and Georgetown gave me other options to find out to what she was allergic to and how to control it that the other vet did not so thank you for her relief, pain free and much more enjoyable life these past few weeks has been such a vast improvement!! I will be transferring me third adopted pup there too!

The staff at Georgetown Animal Hospital are the most sincere, kind-hearted people that I know. They truly care for your animal(s) as if they were their own. You are not just a dollar sign to them, and they will spend as much time with you as possible to make sure you understand the diagnosis, or advice they give you for your pet. They are quick to schedule you when an urgent visit is necessary that fits with your schedule as well. Dr. Good is the most professional vet I have ever taken our cats to and I can't speak highly enough of the office as whole. As long as we have pets, we will be clients of Georgetown Animal Hospital!

This was probably the worst vet I have ever been to. And I've lived all around the country. They don't care about the animals, they just care about making money. I had brought my deaf dog here to have a tooth extracted, they performed the surgery and we brought her home. During her recovery she became very aggressive toward our other dog. We had just moved to the area and thought the environment might have been the cause. Well then she started excessive chewing on super out of the ordinary objects and broke another tooth. We decided to bring her to another vet because Georgetown animal hospital was very unprofessional when giving my dogs their last immunization shots. Taking one away to give it and keeping one in the waiting room to receive their immunization. So we took her to The Anima Medical Center of Wyoming to get the other tooth removed and they called every step of the way. Come to find out Georgetown never removed her whole first tooth they said they extracted. They broke the tooth off at the gums and stitched up her mouth and called it good. Her mouth was so infected that The Animal Medical Center of Wyoming said she must have been in excruciating pain for the months that had gone by with us thinking she was healed from a procedure that only made her in more pain. I would NEVER recommend going to this vet. I'm just happy to have found a vet that cares about my animals at the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming. If they couldn't have done the procedure correctly or didn't know how, they should have stated that before we had the procedure done. We would have taken my poor dog somewhere else.

I started out with my teddy bear mix about 5/6 years ago with them and since got a lab/Shepard mix whom I took elsewhere, she had chronic ear infections and 'allergies' along with it which the other vet said, but didn't give me any extra options other than said 'it's just allergies!' , well I needed to know to what and Georgetown gave me other options to find out to what she was allergic to and how to control it that the other vet did not so thank you for her relief, pain free and much more enjoyable life these past few weeks has been such a vast improvement!! I will be transferring me third adopted pup there too!

The staff at Georgetown Animal Hospital are the most sincere, kind-hearted people that I know. They truly care for your animal(s) as if they were their own. You are not just a dollar sign to them, and they will spend as much time with you as possible to make sure you understand the diagnosis, or advice they give you for your pet. They are quick to schedule you when an urgent visit is necessary that fits with your schedule as well. Dr. Good is the most professional vet I have ever taken our cats to and I can't speak highly enough of the office as whole. As long as we have pets, we will be clients of Georgetown Animal Hospital!
