Fantastic! So wonderful with all animals. And clean!!! Did I mention clean!? From the doctors, to the front desk staff, all top notch professionals who understand that these pets are our babies. I have always been impressed when I've gone whether it's for routine shots or a sick pet. And they don't try to make you but extra stuff!! They may suggest but never pressure. Since my dog Yukon was very small I have been taking him to the Brooklyn road vet clinic. He has always been cared for by the vets and the staff to their fullest ability. At the end of August our 11 year old cat lost her balance. Our previous vet had no suggestions or diagnosis and on several occasions suggested putting her down. We moved to Pleasant Lake in December of 2010. Since that time, I’ve gone to four vets trying to find a good fit for me and my dogs. The fourth time was the charm with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic. Their entire staff is friendly and efficient; the vet genuinely cares about your pet and takes time to discuss any questions or concerns. They are also fair in their pricing.Two of the vets I first went to did not keep computerized records which I found amazing in this day and age. One vet kept such poor records that on a third visit they had no record of me ever being there! Luckily the vet himself recognized me as a previous client! Another clinic I went to seemed unclean with rusty kennels for dogs and dusty waiting and exam rooms. I didn’t want my new puppy getting her spay surgery in those conditions! Another vet I went to was very nice but his entire staff completely ignored me on my first (and only) visit. After waiting about 10 minutes one of them asked if I had been helped. When I responded, “No” she still didn’t ask me anything just continued to ignore me and chat with her co-workers.I want to be reminded when my pet is due for vaccinations, treated in a friendly and courteous way, and MOST importantly feel my pet is treated with love and tender care.
