Fantastic! So wonderful with all animals. And clean!!! Did I mention clean!? From the doctors, to the front desk staff, all top notch professionals who understand that these pets are our babies. I have always been impressed when I've gone whether it's for routine shots or a sick pet. And they don't try to make you but extra stuff!! They may suggest but never pressure. And I never get a snobby doctor after I've bought something over the counter to treat my pet. They definitely work with you. Great bunch!

We ended up making an appointment with Dr Sayles, who watched her carefully and made a best guess diagnosis after some additional research. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Sayles!

Super friendly staff. I didn't feel rushed. My questions were answered. I even was provided information in writing on concerns I have with my pup. I love that they provide a report card for your pet. The staff here take the time to listen to me ramble on, not only about the health of my animals, but the stories of love I have for them! They have been wonderful throughout the best and worst of our animal's lives! I never feel rushed. They make my animals at ease. Down-to-earth people in a wonderful environment. I really like that they have a cat side and a dog side to the waiting area, so that no matter which fur-baby I bring in, he/she doesn't feel threatened or excited. Love it at Brooklyn Road Vet!

We moved to Pleasant Lake in December of 2010. Since that time, I’ve gone to four vets trying to find a good fit for me and my dogs. The fourth time was the charm with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic. Their entire staff is friendly and efficient; the vet genuinely cares about your pet and takes time to discuss any questions or concerns. They are also fair in their pricing.Two of the vets I first went to did not keep computerized records which I found amazing in this day and age. One vet kept such poor records that on a third visit they had no record of me ever being there! Luckily the vet himself recognized me as a previous client! Another clinic I went to seemed unclean with rusty kennels for dogs and dusty waiting and exam rooms. I didn’t want my new puppy getting her spay surgery in those conditions! Another vet I went to was very nice but his entire staff completely ignored me on my first (and only) visit. After waiting about 10 minutes one of them asked if I had been helped. When I responded, “No” she still didn’t ask me anything just continued to ignore me and chat with her co-workers.I want to be reminded when my pet is due for vaccinations, treated in a friendly and courteous way, and MOST importantly feel my pet is treated with love and tender care. I have finally found all of this with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic!

We just moved to the area and needed to establish a vet clinic for my puppy, Charlie and cat, Socko. Super easy making the appointment. It was a well check up and picked up Sentinnel for Charlie. Super friendly staff. I didn't feel rushed. My questions were answered. I even was provided information in writing on concerns I have with my pup. I love that they provide a report card for your pet. Overall great experience!! Thank you Dr. Clark, Mandi and Sky for making us feel right at home!

We love Brooklyn Road Veterinary Clinic! Everyone is so nice and our fur babies current and past have always gotten excellent care. They treat Shelby the Sheltie as if he were their own dog. Once he gets through the door (he's afraid of the doors) Shelby likes being there and he looks forward to the treat he gets when we leave.

The staff here take the time to listen to me ramble on, not only about the health of my animals, but the stories of love I have for them! They have been wonderful throughout the best and worst of our animal's lives! I never feel rushed. They make my animals at ease. Down-to-earth people in a wonderful environment. I really like that they have a cat side and a dog side to the waiting area, so that no matter which fur-baby I bring in, he/she doesn't feel threatened or excited. Love it at Brooklyn Road Vet!

We moved to Pleasant Lake in December of 2010. Since that time, I’ve gone to four vets trying to find a good fit for me and my dogs. The fourth time was the charm with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic. Their entire staff is friendly and efficient; the vet genuinely cares about your pet and takes time to discuss any questions or concerns. They are also fair in their pricing.Two of the vets I first went to did not keep computerized records which I found amazing in this day and age. One vet kept such poor records that on a third visit they had no record of me ever being there! Luckily the vet himself recognized me as a previous client! Another clinic I went to seemed unclean with rusty kennels for dogs and dusty waiting and exam rooms. I didn’t want my new puppy getting her spay surgery in those conditions! Another vet I went to was very nice but his entire staff completely ignored me on my first (and only) visit. After waiting about 10 minutes one of them asked if I had been helped. When I responded, “No” she still didn’t ask me anything just continued to ignore me and chat with her co-workers.I want to be reminded when my pet is due for vaccinations, treated in a friendly and courteous way, and MOST importantly feel my pet is treated with love and tender care. I have finally found all of this with the Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic!
