When the vet I had gone to for many years retired, I was at a loss. I went to several different vets to find a replacement. NONE compared to Dr. Howe. I have not been going to Crossroads for a long time, but have been very pleased with each visit. They really care for my animals (which are my children), and show it. I have not noticed any price increases at all. All vets are pricey ~ you get what you pay for and I would not want my fur babies to go any place but here! Thank you doctors and staff ~ I think you have all been very caring and helpful each time I come in.

When I moved to Jackson 3 years ago I initially decided to use Crossroads because they are accredited. Boy, do I feel lucky to have found them! Dr. B and every single staff member are so relaxed and caring. I truly appreciate their sensitivity to my and my dog's concerns. My small dog gets nervous around big dogs. The waiting room is very spacious and is arranged so we can sit away from others that might worry my dog. That being said, we rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. The care is exceptional with great attention to detail. The cost of everything is well communicated before things are done or medicine prescribed. Plus they accept the Care Credit credit card which allows 6 months interest-free. I love this vet and would never go elsewhere.

We have used Crossroads Animal Hospital for many years. I have had nothing but great experiences with every vet and tech on their staff. The receptionists are kind and friendly and always make me feel welcome. Over the course of so many years I've shared many joys and sorrows with the Crossroads team. They genuinely care about each and every animal that comes in their front door. I'm happy to see the practice growing and am very excited to try out their new on-site boarding and grooming. Nothing but good things to say about the entire Crossroads team. When another local vet was pushing me to have expensive surgery done to correct my Great Danes ear problem, Dr. B ran simple a simple culture and was able to solve the issue with drops in a matter of weeks! They are caring, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. My father was a veterinarian for 50 years which giving me a unique perspective on pet care. Crossroads is the only veterinary hospital I will trust with the treatment of my animals.

We have taken our pets to Crossroads for about ten years now. They have always accommodated us weather it was fitting us in when we had an emergency situation, or taken a call when we were out of town to help give advice of what to do to care for our Black Labs. When one of our Black labs (Jake) came down with bone cancer and then broke his leg we were facing with a very difficult decision, taken in consideration his life history of TPLO surgery in both back legs, and a mast cell tumor being removed. We felt it was best for us to say goodbye to our boy Jake. Thanks to Dr. Beth Bouverette and Tech Jinnie for answering all our questions, and compassion, while making this a peaceful memory of our boy Jake. Thanks to all the staff at Crossroads Animal Hospital for your continued compassion for our family pets!!!

They took my cat in last minute when my vet wouldn't because they were closing. Never been there before and I was very pleased. I switched to crossroads after my vet denied to wait 10 extra minutes for my travel. In the end my cat had a very serious abcess removed and if I waited she might have died. I was very happy with three last minute emergency service and it didn't cost a arm and leg either.

Amazing! My cats hate the vet and find hiding places everywhere. The vet came in and sat on the ground with them so they were comfortable. I have never had a vet that was so knowledgeable and so caring about my babies. I will absolutely be going here from now on- I had a wonderful experience! As an add-on, I had to bring my cat in for an emergency after hours and not only did Dr. B get a consult done via pictures sent within 4 hours (which to me is amazing since I work in the medical field) but she also texted me at 11:00 that night to make sure my boy was ok and to let me know what they said. Just a beyond incredible staff! Plus whenever I call or come in they remember everything! It is like a giant family and I am so happy to be a part of it!

Dr. Bouverette and the rest of the staff at Crossroads are the best! You can tell they really love all of the pets that come through there. They are very thorough with their exams and do great with communicating and helping you understand what's going on, concerning your pet. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to my friends and family. They truly treat your pet as if it is one of their own. I've never had a long wait there, either, not even when I brought my dog in without calling first. (it was an emergency visit) Although they had a full schedule, they still fit us in, in a very reasonable amount of time. Pets are a part of the family, and at Crossroads, they treat you and your pet like family. They even call to check up and see how your pet is doing after a visit. I can confidently recommend this veterinarian to anyone. I just can't say enough good things about Crossroads Animal Hospital. They are the best of the best!

When the vet I had gone to for many years retired, I was at a loss. I went to several different vets to find a replacement. NONE compared to Dr. Howe. I have not been going to Crossroads for a long time, but have been very pleased with each visit. They really care for my animals (which are my children), and show it. I have not noticed any price increases at all. All vets are pricey ~ you get what you pay for and I would not want my fur babies to go any place but here! Thank you doctors and staff ~ I think you have all been very caring and helpful each time I come in.

When I moved to Jackson 3 years ago I initially decided to use Crossroads because they are accredited. Boy, do I feel lucky to have found them! Dr. B and every single staff member are so relaxed and caring. I truly appreciate their sensitivity to my and my dog's concerns. My small dog gets nervous around big dogs. The waiting room is very spacious and is arranged so we can sit away from others that might worry my dog. That being said, we rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. The care is exceptional with great attention to detail. The cost of everything is well communicated before things are done or medicine prescribed. Plus they accept the Care Credit credit card which allows 6 months interest-free. I love this vet and would never go elsewhere.

The receptionists are kind and friendly and always make me feel welcome. Over the course of so many years I've shared many joys and sorrows with the Crossroads team. They genuinely care about each and every animal that comes in their front door. I'm happy to see the practice growing and am very excited to try out their new on-site boarding and grooming. Nothing but good things to say about the entire Crossroads team. When another local vet was pushing me to have expensive surgery done to correct my Great Danes ear problem, Dr. B ran simple a simple culture and was able to solve the issue with drops in a matter of weeks! They are caring, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. My father was a veterinarian for 50 years which giving me a unique perspective on pet care. Crossroads is the only veterinary hospital I will trust with the treatment of my animals.

We have taken our pets to Crossroads for about ten years now. They have always accommodated us weather it was fitting us in when we had an emergency situation, or taken a call when we were out of town to help give advice of what to do to care for our Black Labs. When one of our Black labs (Jake) came down with bone cancer and then broke his leg we were facing with a very difficult decision, taken in consideration his life history of TPLO surgery in both back legs, and a mast cell tumor being removed. We felt it was best for us to say goodbye to our boy Jake. Thanks to Dr. Beth Bouverette and Tech Jinnie for answering all our questions, and compassion, while making this a peaceful memory of our boy Jake. Thanks to all the staff at Crossroads Animal Hospital for your continued compassion for our family pets!!!

They took my cat in last minute when my vet wouldn't because they were closing. Never been there before and I was very pleased. I switched to crossroads after my vet denied to wait 10 extra minutes for my travel. In the end my cat had a very serious abcess removed and if I waited she might have died. I was very happy with three last minute emergency service and it didn't cost a arm and leg either.

Just had our 12 year old Golden "Cassie" put down by Dr W. and a tech. We can't thank them enough for coming to our home in the middle of a busy Monday to take care our furry family member. Cassie was in a great deal of pain and was suffering. Dr W and the tech where sympathetic and understanding. They where gentle and caring throughout the entire procedure. This is the best vet office I've ever been to!!! I have taken both of my bearded dragons there and their staff and exotic pet veterinarian is the best. They went over and beyond with their customer service and they love my reptiles..most people are squeamish with them. Not them! Amazing! My cats hate the vet and find hiding places everywhere. The vet came in and sat on the ground with them so they were comfortable. I have never had a vet that was so knowledgeable and so caring about my babies. I will absolutely be going here from now on- I had a wonderful experience! As an add-on, I had to bring my cat in for an emergency after hours and not only did Dr. B get a consult done via pictures sent within 4 hours (which to me is amazing since I work in the medical field) but she also texted me at 11:00 that night to make sure my boy was ok and to let me know what they said. Just a beyond incredible staff! Plus whenever I call or come in they remember everything! It is like a giant family and I am so happy to be a part of it!

Dr. Bouverette and the rest of the staff at Crossroads are the best! You can tell they really love all of the pets that come through there. They are very thorough with their exams and do great with communicating and helping you understand what's going on, concerning your pet. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to my friends and family. They truly treat your pet as if it is one of their own. I've never had a long wait there, either, not even when I brought my dog in without calling first. (it was an emergency visit) Although they had a full schedule, they still fit us in, in a very reasonable amount of time. Pets are a part of the family, and at Crossroads, they treat you and your pet like family. They even call to check up and see how your pet is doing after a visit. I can confidently recommend this veterinarian to anyone. I just can't say enough good things about Crossroads Animal Hospital. They are the best of the best!
