Very friendly staff. I have been going here for years now. EDIT: They will not send in prescriptions to 1800petmeds, and told me I would have to stop in to get the prescription to send it in myself. Brought in our elderly rat because of breathing issues. He has chronic respiratory disease which is common. We normally go to the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming but it was an emergency and couldn't be seen same day. Went to Cottonwood instead. The dr didn't look at him for more than a few mins before recommending an aggressive antibiotic without listening to his lungs. The dosage was RIDICULOUS - almost a full syringe for a rat, twice a day, that tastes and smells terrible. He did get better, but afterwards became more sick than he had previously. He died here just last week. Our other rat has the same issue but receives a diff medication from Animal Medical and is still kicking. Will not be returning. Read Less

We brought our 4 month old German shepherd in, who was puking and hunched over and appeared very sick. My entire family goes there and said they were a great vet. They turned me down because I couldn't pay upfront, and they didn't bother asking to work something out. They just declined me. My poor puppy, ended up dying, probably a terrible death. She was so sick and miserable. She left behind my 2 young sons, and many other people who loved her. You should feel guilty for making our puppy suffer in terrible pain. You guys are Money hungry! My husband and I would have been willing to spend the money to heal her, but my husband was out of town and I had little money in my pocket . would you turn down a infant that was severally sick, just because his parents didn't have the cash on hand?? People are sick. And the lady's at the vet didn't even look at my puppy. They looked at me like I was a fool. All I can do is pray, that this will not happen to any other animal. The vets there really take the time to discuss options and answer any questions. They also frequently call to follow up on how we are doing.
