I agree on the high reviews for the vet etc for hospital hours and service BUT for boarding-NEVER unless possibly just an overnight stay but not for vacation etc. I spoke with girls in office that were waiting to close and asked questions about bringing my dog in on a Saturday and pick up on Tuesday. I saw on door, hospital hours for Saturday closing is 1pm. I questions about letting my dog out to go potty or feeding from Saturday at 1pm till Monday morning at 7am. I was told my dog would be walked and fed on Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm and not fed or let out again for potty till 2-3pm Sunday afternoon when someone comes in to do that and then would be in cage not fed or out from Sunday 3pm till Monday at 7am. I said that is 26 hours without being fed or getting out to go potty. Was told they do not have staff so no one works those hours. If that is a child we have child services on our backs. So as you guess, left and took my dog elsewhere for the weekend. Upset me because in Sept 2017 had left her due to my ignorance . So heads up to people boarding dogs. Yes again highly recommend for dog service only during Hospital Hours, NOT BOARDING!

This place is great. The two times I have come in here I have been happy. Now it isn't the newest place in the world but by far the best.
Our puppy had a post op infection from a different place and they couldn't get us in for 3 days. But these guys got us in to see a vet in an hour and a half. It was great. The staff are so nice and they only charged us for a short visit when we were there. They got my vote and business from now on.

I'd give 0 if I could. Took my dog there for help on removing a tic head. I was told by the 3 rude girls there that because the vet had left already they weren't aloud to even look at or touch my dog....

Then when I asked if they could at least tell me so I could try and do it myself and oh guess what they aren't aloud to do that either. My mother and I both take our fur-babies to this animal hospital! I thought they were so great that I referred a distraught teary eyed customer to this clinic as well, she was so pleased with the service and cost, she came back to my store with a card to thank me! The Hospital she had been to prior to the Jenison Animal Hospital had given her an estimate of the operation that her dog would need to save her life. She was so distraught (as all of us would be that Love our Dogs (pets) she thought she would have to put her much loved dog *Luna down, she said there was no way, she had the kind of money they were asking; I referred her to the Jenison Hospital! They were able to save her Fur- baby! She thanks and blesses me, every time I see her! If you want awesome care with prices that are so much more affordable than any the other animal hospital out there; You have found the right clinic!! Everyone is friendly, kind, and caring, from the FANTASTIC knowledgeable Veterinarians, to the receptionists as well...All I can say is, you won't find better care than this team of professionals! The fair pricing is just the icing on the cake. They aren't out to put their child through Harvard on the back of your sick pet...They are an Honest team, that charge honest, not over inflated prices! You will actually realize it's possible to afford solid medical care for a sick pet; without taking a 2nd mortgage out on your home! Hallelujah! Bravo Team Jenison Animal Hospital!

I took my cat here for some tooth extractions and their prices were hundreds of dollars lower than other vets in the area. The staff and doctor are very kind and my boy was returned to me minus his bad teeth and doing fine! They were even kind and flexible when I accidentally missed an appointment because my alarm didn't go off! The office is old, but don't let that put you off, they know what they're doing.

I used to take my dog here up until I moved to Chicago. The doctor and staff were always very nice and helpful. Our puppy had a post op infection from a different place and they couldn't get us in for 3 days. But these guys got us in to see a vet in an hour and a half. It was great. The staff are so nice and they only charged us for a short visit when we were there. They got my vote and business from now on.

I took my cat here for some tooth extractions and their prices were hundreds of dollars lower than other vets in the area. The staff and doctor are very kind and my boy was returned to me minus his bad teeth and doing fine! They were even kind and flexible when I accidentally missed an appointment because my alarm didn't go off! The office is old, but don't let that put you off, they know what they're doing.

If something came up I was always able to get an appointment for that day or the next which was great!Also they are very reasonably priced and provide the best service! I always knew my pup was in good hands!
