I have had nothing but absolutely outstanding service here! I could recommend a better veterinary place to take your pet on a regular basis. There had been countless times that Brinker has had to check my cat out for her many problems, they were always so supportive and helpful. Between the honest love they showed her from the very beginning and the truthful honest answers to questions I feel completely comfortable with them. My car has been going to Brinker since we got her 4 years ago. When she had a litter of 4 kittens we adviced everyone who kept a kitten that our primary vet is Brinker and to this day all 3 kittens (one sadly passed from cancer-which again Brinker handled so efficiently and wish compassion) go to Brinker as well as their mother who we have. Our two cats will never be taken any where else. Absolutely love the service and compassion here. Thank you for everything!!

Love this place! We were new puppy owners and nervous if we were doing everything right, were we missing anything medically wrong, etc. This place is very thorough with every visit to make sure they send our pup home well-cared for, and us feeling confident. The first visit, they gave us a detailed packet which included all the info needed to stay on top of our pup's medical needs throughout his life. Our pup has needed a few treatments for different issues and they explained all the details, as well as followed up at the next appointment to make sure the issues are completely gone. One time we mentioned something going on with our pup but said it's probably nothing - they were concerned and tested him right away...turns out he had a bad infection! They treated him instantly and I am so grateful that they didn't shrug off what we said.
Out of all the vets I have been to, this is the first one that takes you immediately to a private room - they don't use a waiting area so as to ensure your pets are safe and won't get in a fight with other pets that come in. Even when you pay your bill, they have you stay in your private room. A great and much appreciated approach!
We have had issues a couple times with them not locking in our appointment and that's because they had computer issues. I would assume the issues are temporary (as they are very apologetic when it happens), so I'd recommend just calling again to make sure they have you in the system.
Great place, would highly recommend.

She has a down to earth approach, and is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I think the pricing seems much more reasonable than our prior Vet, and the staff are all so kind.

Personal, thorough, relaxed vet with a family feel.
I was afraid my 6 year old abused and rescued German Shepherd wouldn't be able to handle switching to a new vet when I adopted her. The staff at Brinker did a great job making the transition incredibly easy for such a scared and scarred dog.
I would highly recommend them for anyone in the area.
Also, I like that they keep the animals and owners in the exam room while billing is being processed. It limits your pets interaction with other animals, preventing potential fights from breaking out in the lobby/waiting room. Never once have I felt like I was being held until they could make sure I paid my bill.

This was a great vet...but one of the girls that works at the desk has poor people skills and acts as if she can't multitask or handle the stress of her job. In addition they have changed their payment policy and keep you locked up in the exam room till you pay.
Dr. Brinker don't treat your good customers like criminals because you allowed people to accumulate 20,000 dollars in past due bills. We always pay in full before we leave no need to lock us in like criminals.
You've lost our business.

Took my Pit bull out to Brinker for his TPLO knee surgery. Doc was very knowledgeable and informative about the procedure. Followed his guidelines and plan for recovery and a few months later my dog is back to full speed and running around the yard again! Saved about a grand taking him to Brinker and would do it again, no-brainer!

I absolutely love Dr. Lyons, ( and the rest of the staff) she is so good with our pets. Even after having the daylights scared out of her by Lil Bear tonight. I found Dr. Corey through a friend. I was told she was one of the brightest and best vets in Michigan. After reading her reviews, I made an appointment for a 3rd opinion on my dog. My dog Remy has a "telephone book" for a file (lots of issues in my senior pet!) She was the first vet to actually diagnose and properly treat him and what amazed me the most was her compassion and care - she spent HOURS going through the file, examining Remy and talking with me on the phone to see how things were working. It is so apparent that she loves animals and her profession. She is truly an angel - I just wish I had found her when my boy was 1 and not 11! I will be a lifetime client and I am so grateful for all her care! Thank you Dr. Corey!!! You are wonderful!!!!

We feel so fortunate to have found this place. We had been to many other clinics in the area who were not able to diagnose our cat and then we were referred to Brinker and they spent the extra time to figure out what was wrong with him and he is healthy and happy again! They are so warm and compassionate and my pets love their visits there! I recommend them to everyone I know and I feel so fortunate to have them caring for our pets!

I have had nothing but absolutely outstanding service here! I could recommend a better veterinary place to take your pet on a regular basis. Brinker staff is wonderful!! They were very compassionate to our family when we lost our Casey a couple months ago and they're great with our new puppy!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Lyons is awesome!!!

Everything went well. They are good people but did not call over my dogs script and now he is still suffering. Made no sense to go here today if the dog can't be fixed till tomorrow.

Dr. Brinker was recommended to us by Dr. Morris at Lake Orion Veterinary Hospital for orthopedic surgery on our little Chi named "Mia". We were so very impressed by the entire experience! The care Mia received went above & beyond what I could have hoped for!!! Kindness, compassion, concern and the warm feeling of trust was most appreciated!!! Our pets are our family and having the trust factor is so important! Because of this experience and continued respect we have, I would strongly recommend this hospital !!!

I absolutely love Dr. Lyons, ( and the rest of the staff) she is so good with our pets. Even after having the daylights scared out of her by Lil Bear tonight. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming in as well as referring your clinic.

I found Dr. Corey through a friend. I was told she was one of the brightest and best vets in Michigan. After reading her reviews, I made an appointment for a 3rd opinion on my dog. My dog Remy has a "telephone book" for a file (lots of issues in my senior pet!) She was the first vet to actually diagnose and properly treat him and what amazed me the most was her compassion and care - she spent HOURS going through the file, examining Remy and talking with me on the phone to see how things were working. It is so apparent that she loves animals and her profession. She is truly an angel - I just wish I had found her when my boy was 1 and not 11! I will be a lifetime client and I am so grateful for all her care! Thank you Dr. Corey!!! You are wonderful!!!!

We feel so fortunate to have found this place. We had been to many other clinics in the area who were not able to diagnose our cat and then we were referred to Brinker and they spent the extra time to figure out what was wrong with him and he is healthy and happy again! They are so warm and compassionate and my pets love their visits there! I recommend them to everyone I know and I feel so fortunate to have them caring for our pets!
