When I lived in Michigan I adored this place. They are the only folks in the area who groom cats. They took good care of Ricky, my long haired cat, when he had to come in for shots and a shave. My dad still goes here. Prices are reasonable. They were very compassionate when we had to put our dog Jack down. It was very hard but they did give us a few more months with our dog before he had to go. One of my other cats needs perscription food and they're very reasonable.

This place is awesome. My pets are both 9 years old. My cat has had a cough since I can remember. All the other vets called it a hairball, but his vet here found that my guy has asthma. Now he gets monthly shots and he rarely coughs now. He has seen multiple vets here and they all are amazing. There was even a snow storm and I didn't know they were closing before my appointment cause I was already on my way. Our vet had already left so another decided that he would give my Kitty his shot!! Thank you Lake Lansing Vets, you are amazing. I don't know about the kenneling or grooming but I am sure they are all amazing, and I see their employees walking the dogs outside all the time. I wish I could give you 20 Stars!!

We've been taking our pets here since I was a kid. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and it's a really clean environment. The vets remember my dogs. When I bring one in, they ask how the other one is doing as well. There have been times when I've had to bring in my dogs on short notice for something urgent, and they've done a good job of squeezing me in.

The work was done quickly, and I especially appreciated that "check out" can be completed right in the exam room thus avoiding those (scary for them) encounters with little pocket pets at the front desk. I take my two dogs and cat here for boarding and vet services. The staff and doctors are always so pleasant and you can tell they really care about my pets. It's also nice to walk into a vet clinic that doesn't smell like a dog...the place is always so clean and rarely have to wait to see a doctor. I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

We had to board our dogs there recently. We feel like it was far too expensive, though part of it was our fault for not inquiring what the charge would be beforehand for every item. What made me especially mad, though, is that when we brought our dogs home after a one night stay they both dashed for the water bowl and kept pushing each other to get to the water until I put down another bowl of water, at which time both dogs drank a ton. Then when we brought our stuff in I noticed that my one dog didn't have nearly enough food out of the container (we'd packed his food and knew how much we'd given) to account for two meals being eaten. I put some food down for him and he wolfed it down, when he's usually a pretty reserved eater.Their behavior after arriving home made me worried about the level of care they received while we were out of town. My one dog definitely did not get enough food even though we gave thorough instructions. Both dogs acted as though they had not received nearly enough water. We will be looking into another boarding kennel for our dogs, and/or resigning ourselves to having to travel with them everywhere we go.

As far as their vet services they are fantastic. The staff is friendly, always greets me and my dog when I come in. They are, however, pretty expensive. I am a student, taking care of our family dog, and on a budget. I do everything I can afford, but sometimes the doctor seems pretty judgmental and makes me feel shitty. To be clear, I do more than what is necessary for my dog, but when I can't afford some of the extra stuff the male doctor seems a little annoyed.DO NOT use their groomer. Technically, I think the groomer is affiliated with the clinic in that she uses their space and they recommend her, I don't know that she's actually an employee of theirs. In any case, I asked her to shave my dog for the summer. She shaved him entirely too close, and once I got home I found at least 3 different places where she cut him, one of which was the size of nickel, and oozed for a few days. When I called them and asked if they would take a look at the cut and make sure it wasn't infected they refused to do so without charging me the $40 visit fee. I really couldn't believe it. Very disappointing.All in all, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else, the care is top-notch and generally a good experience. However, I will never have him groomed there again.

We take both of our dogs to LL Rd. Animal Clinic. The staff is SO friendly and greet you by name (owner and dog). The vets are personable and informative. Not sure how the prices compare to other vets, but its worth it to know your dogs are treated well. We used their groomer once and weren't crazy about the results. Got charged extra for a bit of matted fur she had to work through. We go elsewhere for grooming. We've never had to kennel our dogs (great to have family nearby), but if we did I wouldn't hesitate using LL Rd. Animal Clinic. Kennels are clean and pets seem happy. Yay! I'm a fan.

We used to take our pug here when we lived in Michigan. While we've found a pretty good vet and kennel here in San Francisco, we are sure our dear Booger misses the resort like atmosphere of the Lake Lansing Rd. Animal Clinic. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and you really feel like they're excited to have your pet there with them. It sounds dorky but it's peace of mind if you are a borderline obsessive pet owner going on vacation. I highly recommend this place for both veterinary services and boarding.

Thanks, Dr. Zarka, and all the kind staff at LLRAC! I took my 2 big furry creatures in today to have their overly long nails trimmed. Entire staff is so helpful, patient, and professional! The work was done quickly, and I especially appreciated that "check out" can be completed right in the exam room thus avoiding those (scary for them) encounters with little pocket pets at the front desk. I take my two dogs and cat here for boarding and vet services. The staff and doctors are always so pleasant and you can tell they really care about my pets. It's also nice to walk into a vet clinic that doesn't smell like a dog...the place is always so clean and rarely have to wait to see a doctor. I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

We had to board our dogs there recently. We feel like it was far too expensive, though part of it was our fault for not inquiring what the charge would be beforehand for every item. What made me especially mad, though, is that when we brought our dogs home after a one night stay they both dashed for the water bowl and kept pushing each other to get to the water until I put down another bowl of water, at which time both dogs drank a ton. Then when we brought our stuff in I noticed that my one dog didn't have nearly enough food out of the container (we'd packed his food and knew how much we'd given) to account for two meals being eaten. I put some food down for him and he wolfed it down, when he's usually a pretty reserved eater.Their behavior after arriving home made me worried about the level of care they received while we were out of town. My one dog definitely did not get enough food even though we gave thorough instructions. Both dogs acted as though they had not received nearly enough water. We will be looking into another boarding kennel for our dogs, and/or resigning ourselves to having to travel with them everywhere we go.

As far as their vet services they are fantastic. The staff is friendly, always greets me and my dog when I come in. They are, however, pretty expensive. I am a student, taking care of our family dog, and on a budget. I do everything I can afford, but sometimes the doctor seems pretty judgmental and makes me feel shitty. To be clear, I do more than what is necessary for my dog, but when I can't afford some of the extra stuff the male doctor seems a little annoyed.DO NOT use their groomer. Technically, I think the groomer is affiliated with the clinic in that she uses their space and they recommend her, I don't know that she's actually an employee of theirs. In any case, I asked her to shave my dog for the summer. She shaved him entirely too close, and once I got home I found at least 3 different places where she cut him, one of which was the size of nickel, and oozed for a few days. When I called them and asked if they would take a look at the cut and make sure it wasn't infected they refused to do so without charging me the $40 visit fee. I really couldn't believe it. Very disappointing.All in all, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else, the care is top-notch and generally a good experience. However, I will never have him groomed there again.

We take both of our dogs to LL Rd. Animal Clinic. The staff is SO friendly and greet you by name (owner and dog). The vets are personable and informative. Not sure how the prices compare to other vets, but its worth it to know your dogs are treated well. We used their groomer once and weren't crazy about the results. Got charged extra for a bit of matted fur she had to work through. We go elsewhere for grooming. We've never had to kennel our dogs (great to have family nearby), but if we did I wouldn't hesitate using LL Rd. Animal Clinic. Kennels are clean and pets seem happy. Yay! I'm a fan.

We used to take our pug here when we lived in Michigan. While we've found a pretty good vet and kennel here in San Francisco, we are sure our dear Booger misses the resort like atmosphere of the Lake Lansing Rd. Animal Clinic. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and you really feel like they're excited to have your pet there with them. It sounds dorky but it's peace of mind if you are a borderline obsessive pet owner going on vacation. I highly recommend this place for both veterinary services and boarding.
