My experience with these vets has been great they saved my dogs life.
But the receptionist was very rude to me over the phone, the only reason I put up with her was for the sake of my dog. They need customer service training to say the least.

I have no idea what these other people are talking about. Dr. Laur and his staff are fantastic and great with my dogs. They are very knowledgeable and extremely fair priced.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful. I can always get an appointment right away and never have to wait in a waiting room. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable for both me and my two labradors. Prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Had taken my cat there and she lived till she was 20. Ive been taking my Yorkie there for eight years. I have a Chihuahua now and thought I'd check around for pricing on neutering because sometimes you think they get a bit pricey. Like car insurance or anything else after years you think you need to shop around. After checking around I foudnd they have a competative price. Dr Laur and his wife appear to be very knowledgable, nice and professional. Always seem to be willing to answer any questions without it being a hassle. I will continue to use them since I did an update on prices.

Horrible bedside manner. Never once even pet my dog. Was degrading and disrespectful to my husband and I and we will never go back.

I took my dog here for a few months but gradually started not to care for the vets manner. My dog had a terminal illness and the vet broke the news to me over the phone (which was totally unexpected ...
I took my dog here for a few months but gradually started not to care for the vets manner. My dog had a terminal illness and the vet broke the news to me over the phone (which was totally unexpected because I was just having routine blood work done) Then, he did not bother to explain any treatment plans or anything...just that my dog would be dead in less than a year! It was a nightmare. I changed vets immediately and my new vet had a treatment plan and comfort plan for my dogs final days.
