Please BEWARE! Take your pet somewhere else! This clinic’s mistake cost me my cat’s life. My cat was family. She was my therapy cat as well. I took her in to get her one year vaccine set. Apparently, they did not have record that she reacted badly during her last vaccine set. Even though they somehow didn’t have it on record, I told them this and expressed that I was worried about her. I was told what to expect and to call in with any concerns. I was concerned immediately and I called back. I was told her reaction was “normal”. The next morning, she was gone. I called them and was hysterical. The vet called me back and apologized and said that he would have never given her the vaccine if he knew she had a previous reaction. Apparently she was allergic. And he said that he would have immediately wanted me to bring her back if he knew she was having a problem. What? I told them she had a pervious reaction when I took her in and I called later when I was worried and was placed on hold while the receptionist apparently spoke with the doctor and told me it’s normal! The doctor apologized and offered to pay me an amount I asked for. I didn’t know how to put an amount on my cat. She was a rare Persian kitten worth $5000 when I got her and then there’s the amount of money I spent on her and the fact that she was a therapy cat. I was not compensated a penny though. To add insult to injury, they charged me for the fatal vaccine. If this was a human doctor, no matter how good you are, a fatal mistake would cost you your license and your office would be shut down. I can not thank this place enough. The staff and doctors were compassionate and informative. I brought my baby in on Sunday waiting in the parking lot scared she had a blockage. We went to the ER earlier that morning and they did nothing. The staff was quick with the diagnosis and worked her into the the schedule to get her on the road to recovery. The prices were beyond fair. I cant thank them enough for the updates through out the day. They were patient and compassionate as I sobbed. 10/10 take your animals here Read Less

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vet. They missed a brain tumor and treated a "herniated disc". No one explained the diagnosis to us, no one explained the medications prescribed or what to expect. Questions asked to the doctor were like pulling teeth and answered very dismissively. One vet tech was extremely nasty to my husband, snapping at him to get out of the room after asking him to open the carrier. We brought her back in 2 days later because her condition was worsening and the same doctor just shrugged and suggested we wait longer. The next day we took her to another vet who alerted us to her neurological problem and how bad of shape she was in. We had to euthanize her that night. 3 days of unnecessary treatment and stress. The only positives I have about this place are vet techs Liz and Vicky. They were both very compassionate and caring. They did their best for our girl and I can't thank them enough. I will never ever bring another animal of mine into this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Read Less
