I love creekside animal hospital! I brought my Yorkie there because he was pretty sick and my previous very was no longer at his practice, the new Dr there was just not cutting it. I called creekside and they had me bring him in right away. Dr Cronin was wonderful, she was so caring and right away ordered tests. Within a few minutes we had x-ray and blood work results and she had a diagnosis. The next day they called to check on him and since he was not better she had me bring him back. Changed some meds and put him on a special diet and bingo he's acting and getting better. I love creekside animal hospital and would recommend them in a moment! Read Less

First visit, got in right away, very thorough, made us and my dog at ease. Very confidently took care of problem after being seen other places with no answers. I love this place! I have a rescue dog who gets aggressive at the vet and they do amazing with him. They are patient and kind. My dog has chronic ear infections and they are always able to get him in on short notice. Their prices are competitive (worth every penny in my opinion). When working in any medical field one must be able to go above and beyond the call of duty. I have lived in this state all my life and bit my tongue because the help at this place that is called an animal hospital is horrid, abominable, shameful,downright nasty. The help put me down in every make manner and form. Just because my dog is very energetic, they didn't like to see that ,so these so called veterinarians ( must have gotten their degree out of a cracker jack box.) put my dog on sedatives.My dog didn't need sedatives, he is very high strung because he is a service dog. I have lived with 9 dogs in my lifetime and never have I been treated with such disrespect as this place did. Help needs to take sedatives. They need to understand a service dogs mentality. I will talk this place down so much that there will never be any more customers left for them and they will have to shut their doors. Read Less

I just moved to this area and picked a vet. I just happen to pick the vet that trained with my old vet. My dog is very anxious and nervous around people but she seems to love these ladies. They are just wonderful here. The rooms are very clean. The staff is helpful. We just dound out that we are going to have puppies and they will also become patients here. I drive from Ferndale to visit Creekside with my dog Blue. He suffers from bad allergies, among other things. This is the only vet I've been to that makes me feel like they care more about my dog's health than money. They make us feel welcome and always answer any questions I may have. They are amazing! I have been taking both of my dogs to another vet for years. Over the past couple of years the service has been much less than par to the point where we were just another number, another animal. I was looking for a new place to call "home" when a friend and a family member both suggested Creekside. From the moment we walked through the doors the staff was nothing but kind, compassionate and caring. Mandy & Gail the two receptionists are hilarious and always have a smile on their faces when they greet you. All of the technicians I have met are amazing and caring. Dr. Milam is our vet and we will never see anyone else. Dr. Milam has been my pets' vet for routine things for a couple years now and we've always really liked her. She successfully removed a mast cell tumor from my dog in November and became our biggest hero. It came back with clean margins and we were so beyond relieved that our girl was cancer free, thanks to Creekside! Dr. Milam saved the day again today. I adopted a kitten from a rescue group a couple weeks ago and they arranged for him to receive his second distemper vaccine as well as his neutering with a rescue vet. That vet gave my 3 lb, 11 week old kitten a puppy distemper vaccine this morning. Somehow the tech and vet both overlooked it. I was horrified and panicked and called Creekside right away. Dr. Milam did some research as well as called the drug company for a second opinion and got back to me ASAP, even though this was a mistake that Creekside had no involvement with. Kitty should be just fine. We will be clients of Creekside until the end of time. I refer all of my friends there! Thank you Creekside for being the best, most caring, and competent vet office and for going above and beyond for your clients and treating each pet like they are family! I brought a stray pregnant cat in...they were all excited to see her and welcomed her with open arms! Very loving and caring staff! I just know that I've left her in good hands...they even took the time to tell me how she was doing...and to me 7 babies were seen from the X ray...well I'm glad that they won't be born outside...and feral cats now. We have been taking out dog to Creekside since they first opened. I cannot recommend them enough.  Over the years each visit has been handled perfectly. The best care for your pets!Just like the reviews mentioned, the vet technicians and Dr. Anderman are super friendly and informative on your pet's health. I take my two cats here and as a first time cat owner, they were very honest and actually cared about my cats' well being. The place inside is clean and doesn't smell and lovely in decor. The staff greets you when you first walk in and occasionally you'll see a cat or two roaming around the office. They also have a little rescue of their own.The prices are reasonable and you're getting quality care. I highly recommend this office. Read Less

We just moved back from Ohio and were in need of a good vet for our two dogs and a cat. I'm really picky when it comes to a vet for my pets because I'm so protective. I was here twice with our Frenchie when she was sick and then she needed vaccinations, both times the staff was awesome. From the front desk, vet techs, and the Dr. they were all so nice. The Dr isn't just an in and out person, she spends time with you and your pet and explains everything and makes sure you understand. A year ago, my sweet kitty became very, very ill.  We were new to the area, and we needed to find a vet very quickly.  When we brought her in, they were SO kind and really did everything possible to help her.  They let us stay with her an hour past closing, never rushed us, and let us say our goodbyes. It was a horrible experience to lose our dear friend of 16 years, but the doctor and staff treated her with such kindness and love you would have thought she was their own.  I highly recommend this office.
