Money driven under educated staff. Do not take your animals here they don't care about you or your animals. They sell shots and products that cause seizures in animals. Not educated or just play dump....
Money driven under educated staff. Do not take your animals here they don't care about you or your animals. They sell shots and products that cause seizures in animals. Not educated or just play dump. I easily found multiple sources that proved the Doctor and Staff wrong. Don't care if they poison your pets! They blame it on something else, circumstance, or coincidence. Like pet owners are stupid. ***avoid this veterinary***

I had a great experience taking my cat in on a Saturday. But I was very disappointed to hear that the wonderful woman treating my cat was working her last day. As we needed to return for a bandage change on Monday or Tuesday and found out we had to go elsewhere because they wouldn't be able to squeeze us in. It's pretty bad when you can't even get a follow-up appointment when it's necessary, and recommended. That is why she was leaving the practice, because she believed in less volume and better care! Unfortunate for our pets that these values aren't shared more!

This is a home town vet who cares for her patients and knows them by name. Every person on her staff is caring and compassionate. I have had 3 fur babies die over the last 2years. Each time the staf...
This is a home town vet who cares for her patients and knows them by name. Every person on her staff is caring and compassionate. I have had 3 fur babies die over the last 2years. Each time the staff sent us a sympathy card. They send us reminders when it's time for check ups and shots. Love these folks.

Yesterday I would have given a better rating but today called for an emergency check up on Bruno as MSU suggested if his leg swelled up.
Well this morning, day 2 after having surgury, woke up and his leg is so swelled up he can hardly walk.
Countryside is too busy to see us today but can see us Friday at 3.
"Are you freaking kidding me.??? You can't take 5 minute's to look at his leg? "
Apparently business is good. So good you do not need my money or my praise.
I will never mention your name again, Not in a good way, but you can bet your name will come up more often than it used to in general daily conversation's.
Pissed!!!
I'll continue to pay double and go to MSU atleast I am finally getting answer's for the health of my dog.
You have referred me to a specialist in optometry, you referred us to Dogwood for an MRI and now MSU for a $1400. Workout.....
It took a minute to figure out your absolutely lost and dont have a clue whats going on with my dog.
PS. Shame on you for not seeing him today....

Dr. Cheryl DeSilva is a very down-to-earth, compassionate vet. She diagnosed my dog with cancer after another vet had misdiagnosed her. She takes time with each patient, and it is clear that she loves her work. I now have a puppy that I take to this clinic because I trust them 100%. The facility is spotless, and appointments are always kept on time. The staff are all extremely efficient, competent and friendly. Rates are very reasonable (comparable to another large and popular vet clinic in Mason) without the zoo-like atmosphere.

I had a great experience taking my cat in on a Saturday. But I was very disappointed to hear that the wonderful woman treating my cat was working her last day. As we needed to return for a bandage change on Monday or Tuesday and found out we had to go elsewhere because they wouldn't be able to squeeze us in. It's pretty bad when you can't even get a follow-up appointment when it's necessary, and recommended. That is why she was leaving the practice, because she believed in less volume and better care! Unfortunate for our pets that these values aren't shared more!

Dr. Cheryl DeSilva is a very down-to-earth, compassionate vet. She diagnosed my dog with cancer after another vet had misdiagnosed her. She takes time with each patient, and it is clear that she loves her work. I now have a puppy that I take to this clinic because I trust them 100%. The facility is spotless, and appointments are always kept on time. The staff are all extremely efficient, competent and friendly.
