extremely compassionate Dr. I'm not sure why the negative reviews, some give 1 star for waiting, well if there ate scheduled apt and they go longer you will have to wait, or if an animal is priority, your pet who needs a shot will have to wait. Now i know some of you quacks think your dog, cat or worm is like a God to you, but how about you wake up and realize your animal is just that an animal and will be treated in a way that most important issues come first just like in human medicine. also for the crazy lady who was sent away because her dog was hit by a car, perhaps they knew it was too much and out of their capabilities to handle, just as some hospitals in human medicine transfer pts because of a higher level of care is needed. crazy animal people Read Less

Dr. Hart has been our vet for well over ten years. He has helped us care for our beloved pets and mercifully put to sleep three dogs and at least as many cats during that time. The care and attention he has shown to us and our animals is incredible. We own English Bulldogs, which can be tricky sometimes, especially from an anesthesia perspective. I took my dog there today 10 min appointment turned into an hour and 30 min because other ppl came first that were walk ins. Stopped us from getting other things done that we had to get done before my husband went to work. We were waiting an hour and 20 min before a vet could see my dog. She poked my dog 15 times before she found the vein for blood. It seemed like they were in it for the money and not the dog. I well not be going back. Read Less

We've been taking our cat to Dr. Hart since we got him. A few weeks ago we had to take him in for a watery/goopy eye. I was nervous taking him there since my hubby usually takes him. But the staff and Dr. Hart made the experience so great and how the treated out kitty was so impressive. And, Dr. Hart called us personally a few weeks afterwards to see how the medications went and how our cat was doing!! Very impressed with him and all the staff. Such quality care! I love the new office. Story time: A few years ago, our pup used to go to a different vet and she was in pain and limping for a long time. Our old vet refused to give her an X-ray (even tho we requested it multiple times), she said it was nothing and just kept telling us to try different medications. Hart got Blaze in, immediately gave her an X-ray and found out her knee was really bad (torn ligaments and lots of swelling) and he got her for a Bionic Knee surgery the same day. We transferred her files immediately and will continue to stay with Hart! She's been a happy pup ever since. Read Less

I have been going to Dr. Hart for years. He is great Vet. He loves his animals. My Cat's paw was crushed by my dog's paw and Dr. Hart assured me that my Cat could still have a great life. My Cat loved to get on top of our pole barn. Within a month or so he was getting up and going all over. I was comforted by Dr. Hart as he shared with me he also had a 3 legged cat. Dr. Hart and his staff are very campassionate with all animals. I'm very happy with Dr. Hart, and how he handles all of my animals. He explains the situation and or the illness of the animal. I like that he does not rush you out the door, Dr. Hart takes his time to talk to all patients. He offers good advice over the phone if you are unable to come in right away, and gives options per the animals best care depending on the situation.
