I have reviewed this Veterinary service in the past saying that this is the best veterinary I have every visited along with their no pressure sales and reasonable price, their knowledge, caring and understand are outstanding; this goes for both the doctors and the staff. This time I would like to add to my appreciate of them going the extra mile to find a compounding pharmacy to create the pain medication I needed for my cocker spaniel. The medication they originally ordered was no longer available in table form which had to be split and was now only in capsule form which couldn't be split. My girl couldn't take the human liquid form because there is an ingredient poisonous to dogs, of which they were also well informed. Now my little girl has the right medication, made just for her, due to their persistence.

Both our cat and dog are patients at Healthy pet. All staff is very friendly and accommodating. The fact that they are located within a pet store is very convenient. I've never felt pressured or "sold" on any treatment or service. The prices are fair as well. We look forward to their appointments.

Took in cat that I thought was my missing male fixed Himalyan. Doc treated for worms, examined cat and told me HE was fine. One week later SHE gave birth to 3 kittens. When I called to ask if the worm medicine would hurt the new kittens I couldn't even get a call back. I understand mistakes can happen but to not even call back and check on the kittens that could have easily died from the worm medicine is unacceptable.

Needed to have the cat neutered and declawed after rescuing. This office required vaccinations before surgery which is understandable. I was quoted a price for declaw and neuter and had him scheduled for tomorrow. They just called me to inform me that they don't do a "normal declaw" and the price they quoted me was wrong because all they perform is a laser declaw which is $100 more.
Needless to say, I am NOT happy.

Terrible experience here!!! i took my 4-year old Pomeranian there for an infection she picked up while being boarded. I was told she had a very mild bacterial infection, given an antibiotic and told to give her a bland diet and popsicles. I asked what I should do if she continued to throw up and was told NOT to overmedicate and give her the weekend (it was a Friday) to get over it. My dog died a few hours later. Dr. Krieger was higly negligent and we are devastated at the total lack of care.

I have reviewed this Veterinary service in the past saying that this is the best veterinary I have every visited along with their no pressure sales and reasonable price, their knowledge, caring and understand are outstanding; this goes for both the doctors and the staff. This time I would like to add to my appreciate of them going the extra mile to find a compounding pharmacy to create the pain medication I needed for my cocker spaniel. Took in cat that I thought was my missing male fixed Himalyan. Doc treated for worms, examined cat and told me HE was fine. One week later SHE gave birth to 3 kittens.
