Definitely not the closest vet to my house, but absolutely the closest to my heart. I would never trust my cats or dogs to anyone else. The staff is very conscientious, and never tries to sell extra or unnecessary procedures, which I have found to be a problem with vets as of late. All high marks for cleanliness and speed of service. Our beloved 12 year old dog suddenly had some spine issues. For 6 weeks we tried treating her. Unfortunately it came time to humanly euthanize her. This vet is owned by one of my uncles his name is Doc. Rob. I had a pet her name was Diamond and I loved this Dog so did ALL of the staff. Doc. Rob thinks it was cancer!!! Lets pray: Dear God, I pray for my family and friends also my dog up in heaven lord I love all the Doctors an Managers that tried to save her life. Amen. I love this vet. We foster dogs through a variety of rescue groups and I frequently take them to various vets to be fixed. We brought our new Devoted Barn golden retriever to RRVC for a checkup and spay surgery. This is the best looking spay incision I have seen in a while. Their price for micro chipping is a little high but most other procedures seem reasonable. Read Less

I personally have had nothing good happen using this clinic and now they put not only a loved dogs life in jeopardy but her not even 24 hour litter at risk as well. Way to go !!! Everyone beware and choose a new veterinarian. Read Less

Well i know i am a bit late to write this, but it was about 15 yrs ago. Dr. Rob (the vet here) is the best vet i have ever seen, true to his word and truly cares for the animal's he treats. I haven't seen him in a very long time like i started off saying, but my parent's still go to him and he still remembers saving my dog's life with the emergency surgery he preformed on him (my dog Burrell). It was so bad , Dr. Rob had said he would do what he could but with no guarantees... But still managed to pull off a miracle, which i couldn't believe at the time. Well to some it all up, this place is the only place i trust and will go to. I presently don't live in Monroe anymore and finally just got another dog for the family, so i will be in to see them shortly again to take care of my new dog as i am sure this is the best place too go. I want to thank Dr. Rob and the whole staff here for being so great with the animal's and caring enough to go that extra mile, when others wouldn't or won't they have and will... Our 12 yr female Shy had to go to an ER for no bowel movement for days, found out she had a cancer tumor blocking her Colon was told would have to put her down. Took her to River Raisin where against all odds they were willing to try to remove. After almost 3 hours we got the call, they removed the whole tumor and saved her!! I love this place! They are so much cheaper then my old vet! and they actually solve what ever problem your animal is having. I bet we wasted like $5k or more at the old vet ($500 a visit!) These guys solved the problem my cat had in one visit for only $160!They are very well priced, and do an amazing job with their service and very friendly I recommend this vet to anyone who loves their animal!
