We brought our Min Pin in w/o an appointment after being attacked by a Pit Bull running loose. We didn't have a relationship but years ago our Doberman was saved by Dr. Story (previously at this clinic.) So, during this crisis we had good memories to fall back upon. While our baby lay bleeding in my arms the receptionist looked for an appointment the next week. After we left we found a vet to help us.

Pet owners need to know our experience with Muskegon Animal Clinic & Dr. Lelli… My wife and I brought our healthy Labrador for an annual check up… Lelli gave her a large amount of injections (several other veterinarians told me later on that was way too many for her old age). Our lab got very sick after the injections. We brought her back due to our lab’s violent reaction, Lelli gave her additional drugs. Our lab’s organs shut down… We carried her in in our arms to Lelli’s clinic on an emergency basis at 9 am; he wouldn’t even come out to talk to us or see her. His staff said “come back at 3pm”… Now desperate, we brought our dying lab to another vet… Lelli’s office refused to send over the X-rays and her medical records to the vet… The new vet said “she’s so far gone, she may not survive emergency surgery” and ultimately euthanized our lab… I wrote a letter to Lelli outlining in detail how our lab was treated and he refused to contact us. Or even refund our very considerable costs.

Our lab got very sick after the injections. We brought her back due to our lab’s violent reaction, Lelli gave her additional drugs. I have a difficult kitty with urinary issues. They are always on top of things when i call and the dr. Takes the time to call back and answer any questions that i may have. Have been quick to see us in an emergency situation when no one else would make room. As far as price, well worth it to have my kitty healthy. Staff is all caring and wonderful in my eyes. Keep up the great work!!

Amazing care! Had a dog with a surprise pregnancy and was on a budget when she appeared to be having complications in delivery. They got me in that morning as a new patient and checked on mom and babies. 8 healthy puppies and confirmation mom was okay. They are definitely my first choice in vet care! She gave me great advice and help to make sure mom remains healthy and even my dog who is very weary of new people ended up liking the vet.
