Although previously satisfied with the care received, Faith Animal Clinic let us and our dog down on the last day of his life and ultimately caused him to suffer because of the sheer lack of ability to return a phone call. Instead of getting some quick guidance on a very difficult decision, we got put off for almost 8 hours subsequently preventing us from being able to put our dog down in a humane amount of time. I transferred my vet records to dr faith For my yellow lab and chocolate lab. I read all the reviews and it appeared to be a good caring facility. Wrong! I brought my 8 yr old chocolate lab in at our 4:30 appt today and dr.faith was gone she had a surgery, no problem but the 2 woman at the front desk were not friendly. They did not have a room to put me and my lab in. My lab was stressed about going to a new facility and being around all the activity in the front. I told them this when I scheduled the appointment. You would think I would get a courtesy call to let me know They were running behind. Both woman were very negative acting not friendly or welcoming in any way. When I turned in the stool sample she said oh I don t know if this will work it is runny from the weather! Very unprofessional! By the time a room was available 20 minutes later I couldnt get my lab to go anywhere but the door to leave. I waited and tried to coax her, but the woman at the desk came along side of her and tried to start telling my dog what to do! She was bossy, Interupting me and very bullIiesh. I tried to remain calm but she was making my dog more stressed! What a fruitcake! I asked the vet assistant to ask the other vet on staff if our first time under the circumstances they could wave the physical because all we needed was a kennel cough vaccine. Both my labs had a full physical 2 months prior before we moved. They would not show any compassion or flexibility and said the physical was mandatory. All about the money clearly, even after causing my dog stress! I had the vet records there to prove it. You know what my opinion is? The two woman up front are not caring they don't love animals or want to go out of their way to help. the black hair girl looked hateful and snotty and I highly recommend you take your pet elsewhere,. when you are there for a first visit impressions count, I told them it was not a good fit and we were going to go elsewhere. Very disappointed. Especially with the woman bossing my dog around and stressing her out further, she clearly needs to find a new occupation. She has not been trained as far as showing any empathy for a new dog under stress! The worst experience we have ever had. I only hope Dr Faith is made aware of the situation when she comes back. Yes this vet is established but that does not mean they are entitled in any way new business is earned! Keep looking I would not recommend for sensitive pets staff is uncaring and Insensitive. Dr. Faith and her crew are great. They really care about your pets and you. It's almost like a fun outing when I take my dog in. The atmosphere is one of caring and quality care. Once when I had to put my dog to sleep they were there for me as well as my beloved pet. I don't know what else I can say but they're Great. Read Less

We have a neutered, male Chihuahua that is 20 yrs. young. He has been going to Dr. Faith for the last 3 yrs. & is doing extremely well. We adopted him when he was 5 yrs. & that doctor has retired. great vet finally a vet that actually cares about animals and not the money all vets must make money but you can weed out the ones that prove to the public that they don't really care about animals this vet was cheap and had extremely good bedside manners you could really tell they had a love for animals by how they handled and talked with the animals two thumbs up one example we had taken our cat to this vet and two weeks later had another issue with the same problem we did not have the money to take our cat back in so they wrote out a scrip for more meds to help us out and the scrip was free as well this is a true sign of a vet that cares about animals while most vets will ignore you and send you packing with no concern that an animal is in need of help they just shut the door in your face I don't know about most but if you are in a field of helping animals or anything for that matter shouldn't it be because you love doing what you do not because you want a pay check it cost nothing but time to look at a sick animal and give a suggestion or to even see if there is a way to help that wont cost a lot of money but most vets are filled with people that are there for a pay check not because they love animals stick with Faith Animal Care because they really do care !! This vet clinic is a headed by caring, knowledgeable staff who work hard with pet owners to make the best decisions for their fur babies. Dr. Erica Faith truly LOVES  animals, and has had a top-notch education (at Michigan State University's vet training program, one of the best in the nation) with a particularly fine skill set for surgeries. She's also great with diagnostics, and moving appropriately and conservatively with difficult cases. Their prices for services are fair and even competitive. Both of my Boston terriers have been treated with great care and attention. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Read Less
