I was very impressed. Our dogs have been going to the Salem vet for years and they almost killed our Hali. I should have changed then but didn't. I recently googled and found this place and thought I would give it a try. After I made the appointment I received several emails confirming the appointment, a link for their website and was very happy. Then after meeting the very friendly staff and vet and seen how the interacted with our Hali I knew I made the right choice. The vet was very good with her and ran some tests on her and figured out what was wrong right away and explained everything so we understood. They are very professional. We are going to be coming there for our dogs treatment. We are very happy.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I hope every business and person can do something to improve. We are back after 15 years or so. Our new pet, Chica is a 4 year old Toy Australian Shepard, and she has some socializing issues. Everyone we met had a pleasant attitude and seemed to care about her. What a pleasant experience, as I had taken her to her original vet and I was not impressed. Today I felt like part of the team and she was much more relaxed. I would highly recommend Hidden Spring Veterinary Clinic!

As relatively new residents to the Northville area, we must admit that our experiences at Hidden Spring Veterinary Clinic have been nothing but exceptional for us and our clinic-shy Yorkshire Terrier (Jack)! Dr. Sandra Danes was phenomenal in her "bedside" approach and openness to the development of a plan of care for Jack's anesthesia and dental cleaning. The clinic is also fortunate to have such caring and competent staff such as Jen (Lead Veterinary Technician) and the assistant, Trina. All thumbs up for this place!

I took my cat to this vet today for the first time. They were ready to see me right at my appointment time and they were great with my cat. I have used this clinic for many years. The old building, the temporary trailer & the new building. Dr Geek looked at my ShinTzu puppy, Liza, because she had lost all of her fur as a puppy after a fever. Dr DeGrazia, was my regular vet there. I think it was about 1990, because the new puppy was my first Shih Tzu, who lived to be 17, with all the great care at home & at her vets.

Very good service. They don't try to sell you on trying the most expensive route first. Very friendly and don't try to rush you out the door. I do wish for things like just needing bordetella or a heartworm test that you can do a walk-in instead of making an appointment as long as you have seen the vet for you pet's yearly. They are great about faxing your records over to boarding facilities. I've been to various vets in various states and they are one of the good ones I've seen.

I was very impressed. Our dogs have been going to the Salem vet for years and they almost killed our Hali. I should have changed then but didn't. I recently googled and found this place and thought I would give it a try. After I made the appointment I received several emails confirming the appointment, a link for their website and was very happy. Then after meeting the very friendly staff and vet and seen how the interacted with our Hali I knew I made the right choice. The vet was very good with her and ran some tests on her and figured out what was wrong right away and explained everything so we understood. They are very professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I hope every business and person can do something to improve. We are back after 15 years or so. Our new pet, Chica is a 4 year old Toy Australian Shepard, and she has some socializing issues. Everyone we met had a pleasant attitude and seemed to care about her.
