I have always had a very good experience working with Pay It Forward. I am currently working with the feral cat program. I didn't have to do a good deed but being a cat lover I rescued what I could and everything was going good. Then I had 2 of the kittens get sick I tried getting them in but they were scheduled out a week both kittens died! I tried explaining to the Dr yesterday that this is now affecting not only kittens but my 3 big Cats that I had at home she snapped at me, she belittled me and she copped a serious attitude with me as my children watching. I am praying this is a one time event and that I don't get treated like that again. I came there for help. Other than this event I would normally give them 5 stars but after death and rudeness I am praying that they continue to treat people decent. Otherwise I am nothing but thankful for what they do. This is the most honest review I could give. The vet was fabulous. Her rating is 5 stars. The facility was, I suppose, what you'd expect from a nonprofit. So it is what it is, I'm not there for the surroundings. I was however very under impressed with the way the man there handled my dog. I do not handle my dog with intimidation or by yanking his neck around. Look, I get that some people handle their animals that way, and that's fine for those people. My dog is my baby and I treat him as such. Also, if i state that I do NOT want something done to MY dog, i mean it. I truly do have his best interest in mind and to have staff talk to each other over me about doing it anyway was unacceptable. I'm thankful there is a place like this to help those stuck in a rut but I believe compassion and love along with a gentle touch could take this world far. That is all.Read Less

BEWARE. my dog has. Been there several times for shots and medical needs. I got way overcharged and my dog got medication he didn't even need. Dr Sandy made very false statements to animal control about my very spoiled dogs treatment. After getting a second opinion by another vet hopefully he is finally on the mend. Read Less

The receptionist working Friday 11-8-13 was completely rude. Dr. Bones is unprofessional as they come-she cant even introduce herself (maybe she is trying to misrepresent herself to clients making them mistakenly think she is Dr.Sandy who is indeed as remarkable as they come).My appointment cost me $94.00 and we got NOTHING except turned away for my senior dog's medicine needs; my regular vet appts are $45.00. Guess we'll go back to our regular vet. What a waste of time going to this "clinic". Read Less
