Absolutely wonderful facility, cannot recommend highly enough! I am an ex-vet tech of 21 years with very high standards for my cats, and both Dr. Lewis and the entire clinic staff were absolutely great with humans and cats. They thought of literally everything for this practice, from a parking lot sign to call for help getting your cat inside, to Feliway plug-ins in the exam rooms, to a variety of available wellness packages to keep your little guys healthy. The price is not the cheapest in the Lansing area, but you are getting what you pay for: top-notch care from a compassionate and well-educated staff. LOVE RIVERSIDE!

I have been taking my cat to Riverside for several years now, and I would not take her anywhere else. Dr. Lewis and her staff are always friendly and professional, and provide excellent care to their clients. It’s evident that they love cats and they love what they do! I also like how they offer wellness packages which include free physical exams and nail trimmings during that year. I highly recommend bringing your kitty here, you won’t be disappointed!

My rescue cat has had a chronic vomiting problem since nearly the time I adopted him when he was about 6 months old. We visited several vets including other feline specialists before moving into the area and trying Riverside. Dr. Lewis diagnosed the issue almost instantly and we've been healthy and mostly vomit-free ever since. I and my family have recommended several friends to the office and they have all had the same great experiences as we have.

Riverside is the best place in town for your cat's needs. The office is very quiet and clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and calm. We've been taking our cat Polo here since he was a kitten. Dr. Lewis always gives Polo her undivided attention, and I never feel like she is rushing. She also doesn't try to push expensive lab tests unless she deems them absolutely neccessary. The prices are reasonable, especially if you get a Wellness plan. We took Polo to another vet once with lower prices, but ended up wasting money and leaving with an agitated cat and no diagnosis. Polo can become very apprehensive and loud during vet visits, but they are incredibly accomodating. While I was waiting for my ride home after his last appointment, they let me wait in a separate room so I could let him out of his carrier. He immediately relaxed, sat next to the window and didn't want to leave!I will always recommend Riverside to cat owners.

Wonderful place. I have a very nervous cat who is scared of everything, and would have been terrified at a regular veterinary office. So I chose this place primarily because it was cats only. The Dr. was excellent, and I really felt she gave us her undivided attention. She didn't rush us through like a lot of places do. I cannot say enough good things about Riverside Cat Hospital. My four cats and all my rescue foster kittens and cats went to Riverside Cat Hospital for the three years I lived in East Lansing and this is the best vet you can find for your cats. I always have recommended Riverside and will continue to do so. You will not find a vet who is more knowledgeable on cats, you can rest knowing that your furbabies are in the best care. Now that I have moved six hours from the area, I only hope to find a vet as awesome as Riverside for my cats!

When my cats died, Dr. Lewis called to offer condolences. They also sent cards signed by the entire staff, with memories of my cats and our visits there. Riverside to the rescue! After recently relocating to Michigan we were in need of mat removal for our Maine Coon. I was intrigued by the premise of a cat only hospital. Our last vet treated all manner of animals. Where has Riverside been all of our lives. The staff were very responsive with scheduling, and attentive to our pet needs. Kudos to Hallie for the wonderful treatment of our furry family member. We were very impressed by their charming office facilities. It was amazing to walking into a clean and quiet vets office. Looking forward to making Riverside our new home for feline veterinary care.

Dr Lewis and her team are great. They truly care about my cats well being. Both of my cats over the six years I have lived in the area have needed life saving treatment that Dr. Lewis provided. They took such good care of both of my fur kids. I am so thankful to have a cat only hospital to bring my cats to. You can tell they have educated themselves on how to make the visit to the vet easier for your cat. My first cat was diagnosed with allergies to food after scratching all his fur off of areas of his body, and later required a blood transfusion, which we were referred to MSU to have done, because he developed hemolytic anemia. My other cat was diagnosed with urolithiasis and a complete urethral blockage. They were able to care for him and make him comfortable while trying different treatments. Thank you Riverside cat Hospital for all you have done for my family. You are great.

The first thing I did when I moved my cat to my East Lansing apartment was look up vet care services. Riverside Cat Hospital was the first on the list and very close to where I lived. I read reviews and did research and they came out to be the best. And while I hoped I would never have to use their services (because I have a vet back home), I'm so glad I found them. I took my cat in today because she had an infection and got some excellent care and antibiotics from the staff and I can already see a difference in her behavior. She seemed much more calm than she ever had at the vet before. As I'm writing this she just jumped up on the bed with me which she hasn't done since she started feeling ill! Thank you so much for getting my best friend on the road to recovery!

Dr. Kerry Lewis at Riverside has been everything we could ask for in a vet for our cat Reggie. She's readily available if we need to bring him in - she treated him for urinary tract issues on her lunch break - and always takes as much time as needed to make sure Reggie gets everything he needs. The facilities are very clean and comfortable; the office resides in an old house. The vet tech staff are all very friendly and helpful, despite the fact that our cat gets very grumpy when we take him to the vet. I definitely suggest signing up for their Wellness Plans which cover anything from regular vaccines, fecal tests, spay/neuter surgery, check ups, nail trims, etc. at a hugely discounted rate. It's great to be able to call in, get an appointment in just a few hours, then leave only having to pay for meds. Beyond that, cost is definitely reasonable - possibly not the absolute cheapest but absolutely a good value for the quality of care.

The staff here are all so kind, patient and loving. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic to care for my cat. Dr. Lewis is always so helpful and answers all of my questions. The clinic is very comfortable and my cat feels at home in the exam rooms. It's a very low-stress environment. Their prices are excellent and I've even received a discount on my cat's dental procedure for scheduling early. I can tell everyone here is committed to making sure my cat is happy and healthy.

My husband and I recently adopted a kitten from the Ingham county shelter, and we received a coupon for a free check up and fecal exam at the Riverside Cat Hospital. Not already having a vet in the area, we decided to use the coupon - we're so glad we did! Our kitten has had two appointments there so far (initial and booster shots) and both times have been great. The office is very calm and clean and everyone who has worked with us has been very open, helpful and professional. We will be staying with Riverside for a long time!

Absolutely wonderful facility, cannot recommend highly enough! I am an ex-vet tech of 21 years with very high standards for my cats, and both Dr. Lewis and the entire clinic staff were absolutely great with humans and cats. They thought of literally everything for this practice, from a parking lot sign to call for help getting your cat inside, to Feliway plug-ins in the exam rooms, to a variety of available wellness packages to keep your little guys healthy. The price is not the cheapest in the Lansing area, but you are getting what you pay for: top-notch care from a compassionate and well-educated staff. LOVE RIVERSIDE!

I have been taking my cat to Riverside for several years now, and I would not take her anywhere else. Dr. Lewis and her staff are always friendly and professional, and provide excellent care to their clients. It’s evident that they love cats and they love what they do! I also like how they offer wellness packages which include free physical exams and nail trimmings during that year. I highly recommend bringing your kitty here, you won’t be disappointed!

My rescue cat has had a chronic vomiting problem since nearly the time I adopted him when he was about 6 months old. We visited several vets including other feline specialists before moving into the area and trying Riverside. Dr. Lewis diagnosed the issue almost instantly and we've been healthy and mostly vomit-free ever since. I and my family have recommended several friends to the office and they have all had the same great experiences as we have.

Riverside is the best place in town for your cat's needs. The office is very quiet and clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and calm. We've been taking our cat Polo here since he was a kitten. Dr. Lewis always gives Polo her undivided attention, and I never feel like she is rushing. She also doesn't try to push expensive lab tests unless she deems them absolutely neccessary. The prices are reasonable, especially if you get a Wellness plan. We took Polo to another vet once with lower prices, but ended up wasting money and leaving with an agitated cat and no diagnosis. Polo can become very apprehensive and loud during vet visits, but they are incredibly accomodating. While I was waiting for my ride home after his last appointment, they let me wait in a separate room so I could let him out of his carrier. He immediately relaxed, sat next to the window and didn't want to leave!I will always recommend Riverside to cat owners.

Wonderful place. I have a very nervous cat who is scared of everything, and would have been terrified at a regular veterinary office. So I chose this place primarily because it was cats only. The Dr. was excellent, and I really felt she gave us her undivided attention. She didn't rush us through like a lot of places do. Her assistant seemed to genuinely like cats, and all of the office staff were very nice. A great place, and we'll definitely be returning.

I cannot say enough good things about Riverside Cat Hospital. My four cats and all my rescue foster kittens and cats went to Riverside Cat Hospital for the three years I lived in East Lansing and this is the best vet you can find for your cats. I always have recommended Riverside and will continue to do so. You will not find a vet who is more knowledgeable on cats, you can rest knowing that your furbabies are in the best care. Now that I have moved six hours from the area, I only hope to find a vet as awesome as Riverside for my cats!

I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. I've had two cats get very sick (separately) and during their illnesses, the staff called frequently to check on them. When my cats died, Dr. Lewis called to offer condolences. They also sent cards signed by the entire staff, with memories of my cats and our visits there. Our cats are our babies and I'd recommend Riverside and Dr. Lewis to anyone.

Riverside to the rescue! After recently relocating to Michigan we were in need of mat removal for our Maine Coon. I was intrigued by the premise of a cat only hospital. Our last vet treated all manner of animals. Where has Riverside been all of our lives. The staff were very responsive with scheduling, and attentive to our pet needs. Kudos to Hallie for the wonderful treatment of our furry family member. We were very impressed by their charming office facilities. It was amazing to walking into a clean and quiet vets office. Looking forward to making Riverside our new home for feline veterinary care.

Dr Lewis and her team are great. They truly care about my cats well being. Both of my cats over the six years I have lived in the area have needed life saving treatment that Dr. Lewis provided. They took such good care of both of my fur kids. I am so thankful to have a cat only hospital to bring my cats to. You can tell they have educated themselves on how to make the visit to the vet easier for your cat. My first cat was diagnosed with allergies to food after scratching all his fur off of areas of his body, and later required a blood transfusion, which we were referred to MSU to have done, because he developed hemolytic anemia. My other cat was diagnosed with urolithiasis and a complete urethral blockage. They were able to care for him and make him comfortable while trying different treatments. Thank you Riverside cat Hospital for all you have done for my family. You are great.

The first thing I did when I moved my cat to my East Lansing apartment was look up vet care services. Riverside Cat Hospital was the first on the list and very close to where I lived. I read reviews and did research and they came out to be the best. And while I hoped I would never have to use their services (because I have a vet back home), I'm so glad I found them. I took my cat in today because she had an infection and got some excellent care and antibiotics from the staff and I can already see a difference in her behavior. She seemed much more calm than she ever had at the vet before. As I'm writing this she just jumped up on the bed with me which she hasn't done since she started feeling ill! Thank you so much for getting my best friend on the road to recovery!

Dr. Kerry Lewis at Riverside has been everything we could ask for in a vet for our cat Reggie. She's readily available if we need to bring him in - she treated him for urinary tract issues on her lunch break - and always takes as much time as needed to make sure Reggie gets everything he needs. The facilities are very clean and comfortable; the office resides in an old house. The vet tech staff are all very friendly and helpful, despite the fact that our cat gets very grumpy when we take him to the vet. I definitely suggest signing up for their Wellness Plans which cover anything from regular vaccines, fecal tests, spay/neuter surgery, check ups, nail trims, etc. at a hugely discounted rate. It's great to be able to call in, get an appointment in just a few hours, then leave only having to pay for meds. Beyond that, cost is definitely reasonable - possibly not the absolute cheapest but absolutely a good value for the quality of care.

The staff here are all so kind, patient and loving. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic to care for my cat. Dr. Lewis is always so helpful and answers all of my questions. The clinic is very comfortable and my cat feels at home in the exam rooms. It's a very low-stress environment. Their prices are excellent and I've even received a discount on my cat's dental procedure for scheduling early. I can tell everyone here is committed to making sure my cat is happy and healthy.

My husband and I recently adopted a kitten from the Ingham county shelter, and we received a coupon for a free check up and fecal exam at the Riverside Cat Hospital. Not already having a vet in the area, we decided to use the coupon - we're so glad we did! Our kitten has had two appointments there so far (initial and booster shots) and both times have been great. The office is very calm and clean and everyone who has worked with us has been very open, helpful and professional. We will be staying with Riverside for a long time!
