Very disappointed...I will give 2 stars for the prompt response to my call. Most vets were hard to reach, or didn't call back until later. However, if I would have listened to their vet my donkey would have been put down days ago...She is on a road to recovery thanks to another vet that I had contacted who called to follow up and begged me to let her give a second opinion. Sad when you cant trust a veterinarian...
