We switch to this but because we've had some issues with our dog that weren't getting resolved at our previous vet we were given alternative ways of addressing his skin issues such as giving him fish oil with dinner. Are dog's skin issues have almost completely cleared up, which wasn't happening before in the past year we were going to a different vet. Also, when we've had things come up between regular appointments, they are able to get us in within the next day or so. Read Less

Dr. Steep & his team and so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They truly love animals and our dog always looks forward to visiting the vet! We got our pup at 9 weeks old and went through many vaccines, check-ups, & the big operation here. After having a huge operation, he was still happy to come back and the vet techs treated him so kindly that he didn't associate the vet with anything bad. I was recommended this place by a co-worker who adopted a dog from a shelter and discovered he had cancer. Dr. Steep cured the dog's cancer. We can't say enough good about this place. We love it here! Read Less

Great care and service. The whole staff is incredibly compassionate, professional, and understanding. Best of all, they are realistic. We have taken our cats there for treatment and felt we were given all the options with the background of what will be the impact on the cats and us after treatment. When we've had to put down two of our cats, everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us and the cat as comfortable as possible. Read Less
