Dr. Seger and the wonderful staff at Animal Clinic of Pinckney have been caring for our pets for about 20 years. They have been there from the time we brought them home through the end of life difficulties, and everything in between. They have always been caring and compassionate, going the extra mile to make sure they were well taken care of. We had one dog who got gravely ill over the holidays, and required hospitalization, and Dr. Seger still made time to come in and be sure she was comfortable and taken care of every day. The staff let us spend as much time with her as we wanted, and did whatever they could to be sure we were comfortable. The entire staff took care of her like she was their own. We had another who required a great deal of care for the last year of her life, and everyone on staff was always there, supporting us and helping to keep her comfortable right to the end. I took my two dogs in for annual heartworm and boosters...I will never to back. Service was poor and they charged me a whopping $530.00 for annual boosters and a heartworm check, rabies were up to date. They removed my dogs from the exam room to pull blood and told me I would not get the heartworm results until tomorrow. I about flipped my lid when they told me the bill. Everything is twice as much as anywhere else and the service is terrible. No...you are NOT doing great. I will never be back. Read Less

I have been to a couple vets in the area with what I thought was decent veterinary care for my dog and cat. I ended up here when my vet was closed. I am pleased to say that this is where I am going to stay. They are friendly and definitely care about my pets well-being. They take the time make sure you understand the reason for the tests and why some medications are preferred over others. The doctor was great. She offered some more natural options for my dog instead of reaching for the "drugs". So, It's nice to have a conversation about my dog and come up with a plan for his future instead of being told what I have to do with minimal options. Read Less

This veterinary clinic is AMAZING! The staff is so personable and always remembers your name and your pets name. They are great with prices and they are even better with caring for your animals. I will never go to any vet clinic but this one! EVER! This vet is the best. They take such incredible care of your animals. They remind you of appointments, and they even ask how your fur baby is doing after your appointment. They have taken such great care of my kitten many times and remember her whenever she comes in. The person who referred me there has two cats and is always up there for supplies and food since he has a diabetic cat. The staff is so much more than amazing. They truly care for your animals and you. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Everyone should go to this clinic for the best prices and care! I love this clinic! I have worked in 2 animal hospitals so I am particular. How lucky this wonderful place is just down the road! They took great care with my senior dog and were so gentle and kind when she needed to move on to the Bridge. Now with my Pup who is 10 mo old they are loving, kind and always happy to see Monroe. I took my dog, Eddie, there last week for his rabies shots. I would have regularly gone to my vet but they were closed. This place had extended hours though!
