Wouldn't recommend...too expensive...went there for one thing with a coupon and it turned out to be different which caused me not to get the procedure for my dog that i came there fore. But very nice...

Lets put it this way....their compassion and understanding is 100 times better than doctors who treat humans. I cant thank them enough for their understanding when we had to put my wonderful best dog...
Lets put it this way....their compassion and understanding is 100 times better than doctors who treat humans. I cant thank them enough for their understanding when we had to put my wonderful best dog in the world Boomer down. It was a difficult decision. Especially for my 19yr old. Boomer was his first dog we got him when my son was 5yrs old. I cant thank them enough for helping him thru this life event. God Bless everyone who works at VCA Beech Road. I love bringing my dog to VCA Beech Road. My dog saw Dr. Laura and she was amazing with him. She was very patient and educated me very well on how to care for my dog at this stage on life. I'd recomme...
I love bringing my dog to VCA Beech Road. My dog saw Dr. Laura and she was amazing with him. She was very patient and educated me very well on how to care for my dog at this stage on life. I'd recommend anyone to visit. I guarantee you and your pet will have an amazing experience.

every time myself or my fiancé bring our dogs here, its a long wait in the waiting room and long wait in the actual room to see the vet, always when the facility is seemingly empty.

Dr crisp is amazing! My dog is 15 years old with bad arthritis. Was limping very bad and could barely stand. Along with other problems I was very close to giving up after going to another vet and being told that there was nothing they could do I came to Dr Crisp. I work at a Meijer pharmacy and was recommended by several of my customers while picking up scripts for their fur babies. I fill their scrips often and if I ever have to call they always work with me! Sometimes they are busy, but I can see why! Long story short, I have a brand new dog! After x-rays, blood test, and a good medication regiment, He's walking good, exploring even. We were able to go on a short hike like old times. He's happy, and meets me at the door again when I come home. Dr. Crisp calls to check in on Buddy sometimes jus to say hi n see how he's doing. She calls me in a timely fashion with all lab/test results. She honestly loves what she does, and it shows! Because of her I get to enjoy a lil more time with my Buddy.

Love Dr. Crisp and Dr. Anderson. I have had to take at least two of my pets there unexpectedly , and they fit them in that day. They have always explained my options, treatment plans, and thus what I was looking at monetarily. Have been taking my cats and dog there for about six years, and will continue to do so!

Dr crisp is amazing! My dog is 15 years old with bad arthritis. Was limping very bad and could barely stand. Along with other problems I was very close to giving up after going to another vet and being told that there was nothing they could do I came to Dr Crisp.
