Dr. Pytel is absolutely wonderful!!! I took my dog there over Thanksgiving for the first time and she was diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Pytel calls at least twice a week to see how she is doing on her insulin levels. I know this is very important to find out, but I thought a staff member would do this, but he always calls. Really like Dr. Patel. He is so gentle with our doggies. He is on time and gives a comprehensive  exam. Only $38.00 Tells me what they need and gives a write up of all cost. Is not pushy and lets me make the decision on what I want. The exam room is very clean, no doggie or kitty odors at all. The vet techs  are well versed on all procedures, blood,  tests and injections . I got my yearly supply of heartworm  "candy" bars  $76.00 but the tech  gave me a $12.00 rebate form for them. Total  bill for ck. up, shots , test and RX was $203.77. Yes, it cost to keep our babies healthy. Worth it? YES IT IS. !! Read Less

The staff is wonderful and caring, and Dr. Paytel is by far the best veterinarian we have ever had. His genuine love for the animals is obvious, and he has a fantastic "bedside manner" - both toward his furry patients and their owners. Compassionate, kind and explains things thoroughly. I have been bringing my dogs to the clinic since Dr. Pytel assumed ownership. I cannot say enough good things about the care and service my dogs have received from everyone there. Rates are reasonable too. All the staff are caring and compassionate and are truly interested in my pets. They have been very, very supportive, especially when we went through a difficult couple of years with one of my dogs who had chronic illness. They explained everything and worked with me to provide a level of care that I was comfortable with. When it was time to say goodbye to my pet, I know we did everything for her that was within reason. I was always offered a range of treatment options, and they respected my decisions about how aggressive to treat her disease. We've since rescued an older pup from an abusive situation. She's received the same great care we've become accustomed to with our other dogs. I've recommended family and friends to try this clinic for their pets.
