They killed my puppy today in surgery. With any surgery their comes this risk. But the doctor called and assure us that everything went well and she was doing good. 10 minutes later were getting a call that she’s dead. Unfortunately we will never know what happened.

Phenomenal staff and the doctors are amazing. They are all so gentle and care about the well-being of each animal. They really know how to handle animals. Dr Kelly Totin is amazing and I fully trust her with the well-being of my pets. Love this vet office and will always bring my pets here. They have an amazing "paw plan" too which is almost as much as a dental procedure, and it includes dental and 5 free visits. Also a 10% off all medications or anything that the plan doesn't cover.

Love the staff and doctors at this office! If they accepted human patients I would transfer my whole family. They follow up better than any doctor office I have ever been too and they all truly care about my fur babies like their own. They have lots of options for pricing including Paw Plans for dogs and cats that allow you to get charged a monthly fee and not incur costs all at once. I tried to save a few dollars by doing low cost clinics etc but it is truly worth having all my babies records with doctors and staff that know their history and care! Thank you RVH!

So glad my good friend recommended Rochester Veterinary Hospital for my 3 month old chihuahua who was tested a second time there for any possible bacteria infection that the first vet from a different location never caught. Going here saved my puppy's life.

Honestly this place wayyyyyy over priced like I read other reviews here plz be very careful what u say to these people cuz they almost killed my dog ... trying to tell me that he need this and that when mean while u relly don't need all this stuff for your dog .... then I spoke to a friend of min wich also has a dog and he told me that's what they usually do in the special clinic wich was very sad I mean do U guys want people to come back or u just wanna RAPE them with one time fee and never want them to come back sad ...... befor u take your dog here do some more research cuz trust me u will find someone that cares as much as this place that says they care "about your dog and the treatments are expensive " bull crap you guys are a rip off and it's sad that u guys treat people like this and to the owners good luck cuz I have a lot of friends that have dogs .... should of never listen to my gf and bring the dog here .... to this clinic your guys ARE A RIP OFF ...... but hey as they say the only way to know is to find out when U there ..... U tell a Doctor that the dog has the smallest problem she will make it seem it's the biggest problem and add so many more things just to rape u with the money first and last time went in there for 2 hrs cost me $650 hahahah man it's a freaking dog like humans don't spend this much money for a dog I only see this in United States wich is sad in my country I had a dog and never had a freaking problem never took him to the Doctore it's just funny here that u gotta go thru all of this for a dog haha just very funny and my last dog lived 20 years befor he died and he died cuz of his age .... so don't even try to telll me he had to go to the doctor PLEASe make sure u DONT GO HERE AND GET RIPPED OFFFF!!!!!!!!!

This is the most caring group of people. When you bring your pet in or leave him, you know he or she is getting the best of care from people who will be kind and gentle with him. A couple of weeks ago, we said goodbye to our beloved golden retriever, Shadow, as he lost his battle with cancer.
Throughout the last couple of months, everyone was most supportive and kept us informed of what was happening. I wouldn't hesitate one second in recommending them to anyone, they will treat your pet as family, just as you do.

Dr Kelly Totin is amazing and I fully trust her with the well-being of my pets. Love this vet office and will always bring my pets here. This is the most caring group of people. When you bring your pet in or leave him, you know he or she is getting the best of care from people who will be kind and gentle with him. A couple of weeks ago, we said goodbye to our beloved golden retriever, Shadow, as he lost his battle with cancer.
Throughout the last couple of months, everyone was most supportive and kept us informed of what was happening. I wouldn't hesitate one second in recommending them to anyone, they will treat your pet as family, just as you do.
