I have been with this group for ten years. They treat pets with love and respect. They are so supportive too. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our Cooper. The team was so caring and took time with us. Today I came home to flowers from them. Such a lovely surprise as coming home and not having him greet me was not fun. Thank you all.

Since 2005, they've cared for our four dogs and our one cat. They've seen us through yearly exams, dental care, emergencies (ex: UTI, bird attack, blindness and paralysis), as well as elderly care for our pets (as old as 17 years) and ongoing care for our puppy (dog #4, who has allergies).
As our older pets passed on from this life, the staff was always extremely emotionally supportive, and they continue to be friendly and informative at each visit for our current furry baby.
Practically speaking, their prices are very reasonable and they are very upfront about costs, which makes it easier to budget for pet care. Unlike some other places, they do not try to push unnecessary treatments.
I recommend them to all pet owners, especially if any of your cats or dogs have special needs.

We love this vet! Dr Grusling and all the vet techs are so caring and thoughtful. They all take time to get to know the needs of each baby and the owners concerns. We have 3 dogs ranging from 12 year old miniature dachsund to 1 year old pit mix to a 10 week old burnese/shepherd/pit mix. Each has their own unique needs and personality and level of anxiety. All were met and cared for so well by the staff. You may find a cheaper vet, but you get what you pay for. Careful, thoughtful, knowledgable staff!!!

We've been going to Northland Animal Hospital for the better part of 10 years. Even when we lived an hour away we made the trek regardless. You will not find a better veterinary practice for your pets, the care that is put into taking care of any situation you you may find yourself in, this is the place to bring your babies, PERIOD!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Staff was very nice, vets were nice, gave me lots of tips and pointers on all of my questions. Wish there was a bit more transparency on pricing (not that it was overpriced). I showed up a little early, didn't have to wait and got right in. Wishing I had done a bit more research on his meds and purchased them later, but that's my own fault. Very positive/good experience.

Great care for our Brittany. Dr. Banks and his caring and competent staff have been a great help to us in understanding our beautiful rescue dog. They are patient, gentle and we feel our Jersey is always getting the most up-to-date and individual care. They are also very patient with me - I feel like a new mother! We always feel as if Jersey is not getting just routine care, but individual care - every dog is different. We have recommended Dr. Banks to several of our friends and they are as happy as we are. All around excellent - definitely a 5 star place.
