I started bringing my puppy to North Main Animal Hospital about 4 months ago and I have been very happy with our care there! We have seen most of the vets (Thank you, Dr Reynolds, Dr Baker, Dr Mast) on staff there and they are always patient with me, answer of my questions, and deal with my crazy pup. We recently got our pup neutered at the clinic and the vets always call me back to answer my questions, which I really appreciate! The vet techs are always very helpful and knowledgable as well (Thank you, Patti and Jackie!)

Our dog got her teeth cleaned and 3 lumps and bumps removed. After 11 days we went to go get the stitches removed and the big wound opened up right away. The dog had to go under full anesthesia again ...
Our dog got her teeth cleaned and 3 lumps and bumps removed. After 11 days we went to go get the stitches removed and the big wound opened up right away. The dog had to go under full anesthesia again and get restitched. This time they added more stitches. He were go again for another 2 weeks.
I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn’t ask us to pay a second time. She kept comparing the situation to human doctor mistakes. Everyone I asked says the doctor would eat the cost. We’ll see what happens when the office manager calls tomorrow if we have to pay. In the future I hope doctors improve training on stitches removal.
Besides this one experience, others went well, this was the dogs first surgery! I don’t want to just point out negatives.

I have been taking my cats to North Main for over 10 years and never left disappointed. The staff and doctors are fantastic and are all animal lovers. I've worked with just about every Dr. there and each is caring and thorough. They listen to your concerns and provide careful, thorough exams. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Chased down and injured duck that was in bad shape and they laughed me out the door unconcerned. I took the fowl to Royal Oak Animal Hospital and they took it in and showed compassion. Hats off to them. Forget about North Main.

This is the only vet I would ever take a pet too. The care and compassion the staff has for you as well as your pet it like nothing I've ever seen before. They are just exceptional! I also feel they never run unneeded tests or over price like other I've gone to in the past. Once I found North Main several years ago I know that id never go any where else. Thank you for your care.

From the front desk reception to the veterinarians, what a nice group of compassionate, animal loving individuals. On a whim I made an appointment for my dog when I was unable to get into my regular vet for 1.5 WEEKS. Not only is North Main much closer, the service received was worlds better. Our appointment was at 9am, we were promptly brought back into a room. The doctor was in within 2 minutes. Dr. Konstam showed real compassion towards my baby girl and I felt confident in her evaluation. Unlike some past veterinary experiences, you could tell she cared about what was best for my dog and not about money. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an honest and compassionate vet to care for your loved ones.

We are so pleased with the care and support we receive at North Main Animal Hospital. The entire staff treats our animals (and us) like one of the family. Recently, our young puppy was deathly ill and had to be transferred to a 24 hour care hospital for 8 days. During treatment, the staff at North Main kept in contact with us for updates on his condition. So touched by their level of concern. Highly recommended!!

This place is BY FAR my favorite office to come to. Dr. Reynolds is a Godsend and always takes such incredible care of my dog and pocket pets (we have 2 rats). Ive been to my fair share of places and won't go anywhere else for care. We're always well taken care of and I've never felt that I've been taken advantage of (money wise), we're always charged a more than fair price.

Took my 11 year old black lab mix to this clinic for the first time today. Not only did they squeeze us in when they were already booked (was worried my poor girl had a UTI) but they were all so understanding that she's extremely nervous/fearful at the vet. I always have to muzzle her because she'll show her teeth when anything is being done to her (shots, examination, etc). She's never bitten anyone but I don't want to take a chance because she gets so scared.

Dr Mast and Dr Simms are awesome, I'm sure all the docs are great but those are the two my pups have seen so far. They always have a full waiting room but I never wait long, and the short wait is worth it because the docs take their time to answer all your questions and explain everything to you clearly without trying to run out the door. Dr Mast did my dog's spay surgery and she did awesome, you can hardly see the incision and recovery was quick and easy.

We have seen most of the vets (Thank you, Dr Reynolds, Dr Baker, Dr Mast) on staff there and they are always patient with me, answer of my questions, and deal with my crazy pup. Our dog got her teeth cleaned and 3 lumps and bumps removed. After 11 days we went to go get the stitches removed and the big wound opened up right away. The dog had to go under full anesthesia again and get restitched. This time they added more stitches. He were go again for another 2 weeks.

Front staff is dismissive and pompous. They lack compassion and seem unconcerned with people concerns or the needs of animals. Chased down and injured duck that was in bad shape and they laughed me out the door unconcerned. I took the fowl to Royal Oak Animal Hospital and they took it in and showed compassion. Hats off to them. Forget about North Main.

We are so pleased with the care and support we receive at North Main Animal Hospital. The entire staff treats our animals (and us) like one of the family. Recently, our young puppy was deathly ill and had to be transferred to a 24 hour care hospital for 8 days. During treatment, the staff at North Main kept in contact with us for updates on his condition. So touched by their level of concern. Highly recommended!!

Not only did they squeeze us in when they were already booked (was worried my poor girl had a UTI) but they were all so understanding that she's extremely nervous/fearful at the vet. I always have to muzzle her because she'll show her teeth when anything is being done to her (shots, examination, etc). She's never bitten anyone but I don't want to take a chance because she gets so scared.

Dr Mast and Dr Simms are awesome, I'm sure all the docs are great but those are the two my pups have seen so far. They always have a full waiting room but I never wait long, and the short wait is worth it because the docs take their time to answer all your questions and explain everything to you clearly without trying to run out the door. Dr Mast did my dog's spay surgery and she did awesome, you can hardly see the incision and recovery was quick and easy.
