Our puppy was very sick the first couple weeks we had him, to the point where he was hospitalized for 3 days. It was a stressful and scary time but we couldn't have asked for a better vet office to help us through. The ladies at Nucci called and checked on him the following day after every appointment and even fit us in late one day to see the vet when I was too nervous to wait another night to bring him in. my 12 year old dog had teeth cleaning and 6 teeth pulled and fatty tissue 2 large and one small one all removed at the same time just 2 hour surgery. I just have to say thank you to Dr. Seymour and Shannon for their compassionate approach when it came time to say good-bye to my beautiful cat Sheba. After 18 years of having my little fur baby at my side, it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, and although nothing could have made the moment easier, having their professional care, their sympathetic ear, and just the overall considerate approach and guidance I felt 100% supported. They gave me adequate time with my girl before and after. Sheba was a patient of theirs for a couple of years and although she never enjoyed the experience, lol, I always liked the office staff. Quick to get me in, I never felt like I was being "upsold", and that no matter how cranky she might have come in, they always laughed it off, and treated her with affection. I've been taking my cats here for the past 8 years and it's always been a pleasant experience. Everyone is warm and caring, I've even gotten follow up calls to check on how my cat is feeling after coming in for an operation or check up. Putting a pet down is hard. Nucci veterinary - Dr Khalifal and staff -were compassionate to myself and my terminally ill elderly cat. I would highly reccomend this vet clinic. The staff made sure that I had the  extra time to understand the diagnosis and say my goodbyes. They were very busy that day but you would never know it based on how I was treated. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They gave me the sad news and didn't try to sell me extra tests. It's not a good day but Nucci vet made it easier. If /when we do get another pet. We adpoted a 6 month old kitten less than a week ago, after being home a few days we noticed him sneezing and had eye boogers. :(  After looking around online my Husband found Nucci, we called and were able to get an appointment that same day.The staff was so very nice, and when my Husband walked in with our kitten, they took him right into a room just to err on the side of caution if our cat had something contageous.After a through exam our kitten George had a diagnosis (Upper Respiatory Infection) and some meds.  The price was great, and we can walk-in any time to buy Frontline (you can buy it at the pet store or big box stores, but you don't really know if it is being stored properly.).I am glad we found a Vet that took care of our little George with such care and compassion, that just happens to be so close to home! I thought they were very professional and friendly! The place was very clean and they had quite a lot of business when I was there which leads me to speculate that they were well received by others who bring their animals there. I also was recommended by a friend to go there because I was kinda agitated with my current vet always leaving me feeling hustled and walking out with service I didn't come there for and a huge bill. These guys didn't make me feel pressured at all, they make recommendations and let you decide for yourself what you would like to do. My bill wasn't overwhelming at all upon exiting the place. EXCELLENT!!! I hate going to the groomers as much as my dog but, shes my world and i NEED/WANT to take care of her!They take care of you and your pet! Mainly your pet though! Get you in early when they can, on time for sure! Explains everything to you so you can try and understand. Give you best options before the pet needs surgery. Tries diff meds to help with cost but effective.Seem to always have what i need IN stock so i can pick it up in 24 hours max.They even CALL YOU to see how your dog is doing! That to me is the best! That way if its something simple they can help you on the phone. If you have to call them even if its a question they call you back!Most of the time when i call its a human, sometimes its automated but very quick and easy to get to a human!LOVE these guys! My dog is very very important to me.  He's spoiled rotten because he's so awesome. That's understandable, right? Dr Nucci is amazing.  He takes time, he explains things.  There's even little white erase boards in the room so he can draw you pictures.  HE also compliments my dog and says how great he is. How can he not be an awesome vet??  Everyone here is so kind.  My awesome dog is also kind of a maniac in the waiting room. They don't even bat an eye.  I've went to other local vets, and there was no comparison.  I loved that when I took him in for his vaccinations, Dr Nucci explained that I could just get the shots, or test to see if the last vaccinations were still in his system so as to not over vaccinate.
