Dr. Taylor and his staff was so helpful and caring in helping us go through the euthanasia for my 22 yr old cat Tabby better known as baby babe! He made me feel and know that she was in good hands, with much respect, professionalism, and the empathy from the staff was well appreciated. Thank you VCA of St. Clair Sores for everything!!!

I had the misfortune of needing a vet for a eurhanasia on July 5 as my usual
Vet was out of town. A lot of “ only 1 doctor and we are booked” responses when i called around. VCA receptionist Desiree checked with the on duty vet and called me back with a time they could handle the issue. As bad as the situation was, VCA was a very compassionate experience. I would like to thank Dr. Richardson and the VCA staff for helping us through this trying time.

Doctor was very informative but it was what I already knew from a previous visit with my vet at another office. I paid for them to send me yrt again somewhere else. Doctor was kind of arrogant when we spoke with me but was great with my dog. I will not be returning to them.

VCA has fast become our family's number one source for pet care. We have a senior dog and a year-old cat, and both have benefited immensely from Dr. Robinson's and the remaining staffs' care and expertise.
Everything from simple check-ups and advice to invasive surgeries, these are veterinarians with big hearts that clearly love animals.

The professionalism of the staff at the front desk didn't go unnoticed, as well as their engaging friendly conversation. They are a true reflection of the integrity of your office.

Took my dog in for a lump in his ear, they said super easy, quick procedure. The next day we went to pick him up, and he was laying there dead. Horrible, they didn't even have the decency to call and ...
Took my dog in for a lump in his ear, they said super easy, quick procedure. The next day we went to pick him up, and he was laying there dead. Horrible, they didn't even have the decency to call and tell us first. After investigation, we found out they overdosed him with Ketamine. :(

I had the misfortune of needing a vet for a eurhanasia on July 5 as my usual
Vet was out of town. A lot of “ only 1 doctor and we are booked” responses when i called around. VCA receptionist Desiree checked with the on duty vet and called me back with a time they could handle the issue. As bad as the situation was, VCA was a very compassionate experience. I would like to thank Dr. Richardson and the VCA staff for helping us through this trying time.

Doctor was very informative but it was what I already knew from a previous visit with my vet at another office. I paid for them to send me yrt again somewhere else. Doctor was kind of arrogant when we spoke with me but was great with my dog. I will not be returning to them.

Took my dog in for a lump in his ear, they said super easy, quick procedure. The next day we went to pick him up, and he was laying there dead. Horrible, they didn't even have the decency to call and tell us first. After investigation, we found out they overdosed him with Ketamine. :(
